I would definitely try the potato bites. Maybe it will good with mint mayo ( I am obsessed with mayo). As for the garlic bread, I think a confit garlic would be better than smoked garlic since the garlic would be much more softer.

My💗🍝pink pasta recipe which is more tastier is, boil beetroot for about 5 minutes, and then blend them along with some cream cheese or any creamy cheese of choice and some tomato paste. Then put some oil in a pan, saute some garlics, add the paste and also add oregano, chillly flakes and pasta masala if you want some spice, and finally add boiled pasta along with some pasta water. Let the sauce mix in with pasta, and finally serve hot with some cheese garnish . Tip : You can be more creative while garnishing, like heart shape mozeralla cheese to make it more cute 💖😋
