Hey World Creators!
Today we visit the beautiful Berchtesgaden National Park in Bavaria Germany. Me and my new friend Simon form Sweden go for a hike to the famous/infamous Kehlsteinhaus AKA The Eagles Nest. Contrary to popular belief, the Kehlstein was not a gift for the evil warlord but was a teahouse for the Nazi elite. This area of Germany has always been a special place to Germany, even long before WW2 and now that it has been turned into a beautiful restaurant and beergarden, it will continue to be a beautiful place to explore.
Then we go "hiking" behind the Kehlstein to make it to a hiking hut, the Purtschellerhaus. Google maps said it would take an hour... That was... inaccurate! This terrain is famous for its mountaineering and beautiful views!
After a stressful day on the mountain, we make it down for a relaxing trip on the beautiful Konigssee. The Konigssee is a mountain lake situated between large looming peaks. The views are breath-taking and calm the spirit!

Hello Chris! The “austrian flags” on the rocks arent actually an austrian flags. They are marks determining the difficlty of the terrain, we call them “tourist signs”. When you see a red mark, that means the terrain is very hard and dangerous. Glad you make it down safely! 🏔️

Hello! Glad you made it down safley, so the hike up to the eagles nest was fairly easy and after that point it became difficult?

@@Breathwithnature. Yea, to the eagles best was not bad at all. Paved most of the way, and beautiful views the whole way.

Dad here.... as bad or worse than Angel's Landing in Zion National Park, probably worse..... love my sons, love their adventures, but sometimes they scare the SH1T out of me!!!!!!

Dude the size of your rucksack for a day hike. I really surprised you didn't have tent and sleeping system in it. Wouldn't of needed panic on top at night then.

Yea, I did have a sleeping bag... worst case scenario I could have tried to find something, and that was definitely in consideration. But I had no food and didn't want to sleep too close to Any cliff or embankment. But definitely should have been more prepared! Thanks for the feedback.
