The gingerbread men are from late 60s. I remember my mom buying those and gingerbread houses and popcorn balls and other plastic candies that looked sugared at Sears when I was 4 and I was born in 66 so maybe 1970 latest. Brings back so many memories. That was my most fav Christmas. Thank you for that.

FYI Bolo - Look for the Fisher Price Puffalump Unicorns. They were only released in Canada and so much rarer because of it. I bought and saved a set 30 years ago. Sometimes you have to think decades ahead of its collectiblility lol. My girls were born late 1980's so I love the parachute fabric stuffies.

I think you are probably on the mark with the tree topper. It might be a little earlier but most likely late 60s to mid 70s especially with the art nouveau style font.
