I don't know if any of you like snooker, but he is acting like Ronnie O Sullivan. The same traits and empty promises etc... Regards retiring and his own plans, which change all the time. Regards not caring about money the lot. I hope he is mentally ready for Saturday, or the fall out afterwards. I can't see him losing tbh, but if he does, I hope he is OK. And if he does win, then although id like to see him smash AJ and a fight against Usyk I still hope he retires, as if he doesn't, he will prove all the doubters right.

I’m a old country boy who was a knuckle dragger and just retired from the US Army after 24 yrs . Tyson Fury has won my respect after the first Wilder fight and won a lot of us Americans over with his comeback story and the way he keeps us hyped before a fight. Can’t wait to see this fight . I predict a good fight and Fury being the last gladiator standing tall at the end of the fight . SUA SPONTE RLTW 3/75.

Well done to Kugan for hanging in there when things started to get a bit awkward. I reckon that’s one of the most engaging interviews I’ve seen Tyson in, much better than when people are trying to trip up or polish the big man’s ego. @@wormsnake1 Rain in your fanboism abit mate Tyson fury will only stand out in the past eras only because of his size that’s just about it and I can tell you that if fury boxed in Lennox’s or Ali era, he would have lost several times and he wouldn’t be able to get away with fighting fighters like Sefer Seferi, Francisco piñata and Tom Schwartz. His charisma in Ali’s era would be a wash and he would be viewed as a copy cat and a phony; don’t even get me started on his constant contradictions in every single sentence. If Tyson fury retires today, the HW divison will be just fine.. I personally don’t want him to retire just yet especially with the sort of resume he currently has. 😅

Not to forget these people puts their lives on the line every time they goes into the ring. I don’t understand why anyone envy these fighter. And his story struggling with mental health problems etc. and as I often been saying. The fall is not the important thing this is how you raise. I hope he will stay fit because I think this is important for people who are vulnerable towards mental problems. So what ever he chose I wish him all the best especially happiness. He and his family deserves it. From Denmark with love 😊🎸🇩🇰🍀🎯

I somewhat agree. I think if he is to beat Whyte the only way to end his career is to face the AJ vs Usyk winner for the undisputed crown and then retire.
@WannabePlayer18
@WannabePlayer18 2 жыл бұрын
Who else is up there? Joshua has lost twice to two fighters who he had all the physical advantages over, Usyk is a fantastic fighter but he’s only beaten Joshua, Chisora and Witherspoon as a pro at Heavyweight - if Fury beats Whyte there’s no one other than those two who he has left to beat, and let’s be honest they haven’t done anywhere near enough to be in the same bracket. If your argument is Joshua then you need to stop falling for Matchroom’s PR push; he’s done well to be the star that he is and he has beaten some good opponents, but he hasn’t done any more than that. What’s lost on some casual fans when it comes to boxing is timing; because of his status with Matchroom, AJ’s fights have all been picked out in such a way as to protect him - Mayweather often did the same; good promoters get the timing right to maximise their fighter’s position. He fought Whyte whilst Dillian was still raw and messy, he fought Martin for the title, he fought Parker for another title when Parker was still a little early in his development, Pulev when he was old and fragile; Matchroom tried to give him average opponents for his American debut but that backfired and then they tried to get him in with Usyk whilst they felt he didn’t have the experience at Heavyweight to handle the physical disadvantages. There aren’t any standout wins for Joshua because of how he’s been protected, whereas Fury fought people like McDermott when he was still a novice and had to get through fights as the underdog. He then fought Klitschko when no one gave him a chance, Wilder after a long lay-off etc. you can’t compare the two; there’s a reason Joshua looks confused when he’s hurt whereas Fury composes himself and is ready to fight back, their career paths have dictated their response when they have a live opponent. Joshua’s biggest win was against Klitschko and even then he went life and death with him despite Klitschko being past his best. That isn’t a slight on Joshua either, I think he’s had a fantastic career - he just can’t be considered as up there with Tyson on the legacy front; when it comes to money (for himself and others), fame etc. he’s been brilliant in those areas.

I used to really love this guy. After watching him fight Klitschko all those years ago, burst into sing song, then disappear and come back from depression and being grossly overweight to schooling Wilder two times over in his back yard. It's an incredible and inspiring story in the history of the sport, and I don't doubt he's inspired a lot of people in the process to make their life better. But the constant contradictions, the lies, the bullshit, and the Fury fanboys who swarm every video saying he's the greatest boxer that's ever lived despite only having two title defenses, its just all bollocks init.
@Jay-qm8cx

Yh facts. I used to root for him back in 2017/18 when he was trying to make a comeback, but the way him and his family go on about how he’s the greatest ever, and how he has nothing to prove, just stinks of shit doesn’t it. There are still two other fighters his age who he still hasn’t fought (AJ and Usyk) but he says he has nothing left to prove. Embarrassing.

Title defences has nothing to do with quality of a boxer’s skills. Fury is the best H2H HW ever. Also, Foreman has only 3-4 defences. Is he not an ATG? People like you know nothing of the sport anyway. Just sit back and enjoy the show.
@banehardly5396
@banehardly5396 2 жыл бұрын
@@douglaswalters2670 A casual claiming Fury as the best HW in history, then calling someone else a casual. Classic. Foreman had over 80 fights, nearly 50 of which by the time he was 28, and fought at the top level through the peak of his career with the likes of Frazier, Ali and Norton. When he did his time as a pastor, he came back and fought with the likes of Holyfield - in his forties I might add - that's why he's considered an ATG. Fury still has to unify the belts and beat the likes of Usyk & AJ to fight before he can claim the title as the best of his generation.
