This us NOT a tutorial. I am simply showing how I care for my natural curly hair and the products I use in my hair care routine.

Same! It hasn’t always been that way. Accepting what grows out of my scalp hasn’t always been a positive experience. But I can’t now say that it’s an amazing experience! 💖🙌🏽

My pleasure Luv! If you try it I would not recommend putting the ICD on top. Instead, I’d sandwich it between the UFD & ICH. 💖

Several curl friends on instagram suggested I try this combo. Many say it’s their favorite combo so I was curious to check it out! I loved it on days 1 & 2 but you’ll see that days 3 & 4 were blah for me. Plus my scalp started itching really bad which cause me to go see the dermatologist. I’m currently ruling out what I’m allergic to etc. 😅

Great video! Love the time you take with your hair. Ive used this combo and let me tell you my hair was hard! I definitely think my ratios were off. Ive since cut my hair to a twa so i may try again. Lastly, yes we nosy and can't wait to hear what you learned from your dermatologist

I seldom watch KZfaq hair videos anymore, but yours are so much fun along with being informative. Yes, my crown is the boss. That is where my silver hair is the most wiry and just has a mind of its own. So all styling methods must conform to whatever pleases “the Boss”. I love this styling combo, but sandwiching I Create Definition in between UFD and ICH works better for me.

It’s beautiful Shelly. I know what you mean about how many pumps, I think that depends on person. My hair is also straight in the front.

Yeah trying to count the pumps is stressful for me because I just use what I feel my hair needs 😅. Does yours curl up in the front. Mine does but but sometimes it needs a little help depending on the products. 🥰

I love this combo. I really like I create volume and I create hold with curly magic. I create definition makes my low density curls super weighed down so it’s perfect with curly magic 🎉🎉. Fantastic video

I tried I Create Definition recently on top of UFD & ICH instead of my usual Mos Def, not as easy to smooth through with like you said, but I wanna see how that my set last in the humidity.

How do you maintain your hair style with workouts? I feel the need to wash again b/c my has become frizzy. I used leave in, ICH, then the doux bee girl foam

I’m really lucky that I don’t sweat much so I don’t have to worry about my hair getting frizzy. However, if I did I’d try and pull it up (pineapple it) and not take it down until it dried out. If it wasn’t long enough to do that I’d probably wear a short buff over it until I could pull her up. Hope that’s helpful Sis. 🥰

Hi Luv, I styled it on wet hair. It just wasn’t soaking wet. So imagine it being damp with a little more water added in. Lmk if that makes sense? 💖

I have been doing uncle funkys and then I create hold after rinsing out conditioner. I find when putting uncle funkys on, I find it feels kind of dry on my hair if that makes any sense? It feels drying on my hands too, like it doesn’t smooth down my hair. But the I create hold is much smoother on my hair and like holds the curl more. Anyone have anything similar? 😅

That’s very interesting and I have heard that before. I wonder why that is??? It seems to add lots of weight in hair. Then the ICH added even more. I love the way it feels. I’ll be so sad if I’m allergic to both products. 😝

@@shelly.v.247 So I spoke to the curl specialist I visited a few months ago and turns out I wasn't using enough product .. I never used a full pump only like a small half or quarter! Last wash I added way more and achieved better definition. :) Although I still struggle with my fringe area (it's very short) and find it hard to get a good hold versus the rest of my hair. I really hope you're not allergic to both products!
