I lived in Alaska for 3 years. Some of the best times of my life. The 20 hours of sunlight and daylight were always hard to deal with. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart

@@TanMan75 The Midnight Sun festival in Fairbanks is kinda fun. Basically a street fair at Midnight around the 20th of June. Sun only sets for like an hour at 2am or so. Blackout curtains and blinds are your friend. In midwinter i go to work at 8am while its still dark, and i get off at 4pm and the sun has already set, approaching dark. its kinda wild, but you get used to it. Its really not bad here. Mountains everywhere depending where you live. It is beautiful. Come visit if you ever get the chance. Just do it in summer.

Alaska actually has two colleges both in Division II. Anchorage Seawolves and the Fairbanks Nanooks.

In alaska as a life long Alaskan here in the interior in Fairbanks. We have 1 day a summer of 24 hours of daylight….. yes the sun never sets. In the summer months it’s never actually dark. But in the winter it’s exactly the opposite very little sunlight. It’s dark the majority of the day. The shortest day of the year is December 21st with an average of about 6 hours of daylight.

ALWAYS make a copy to your desktop before modifying your save. I found that out the hard way haha.

Alaska can have a team in the future if people strive to make it happen, convince the right people it's profitable and worthwhile. I want Anchorage to have an NFL team in the future, it's possible. Anchorage is going to grow a lot in terms of economic and strategic importance within the next few decades, which means investment will flow in and it becomes a viable home for a pro team

i don't get cutting walk-ons(even for challenge restrictions, you didn't recruit him he chose to play for your school *shrug*), also more often than not from what i've seen those high star walk-ons are usually worse than the guys you find thru scouting anyway

Love your videos, but I noticed that you call pass defense way too much, and get burned almost every time the CPU runs. *Defend the run first!* It's easier to adjust if the CPU calls a pass play than it is to stop a run play from a pass defense.

Ah yes the state of Alaska. Out of the 50 states, only Alaska has no college football team. Not in ANY division. Even Hawaii has the Rainbow Warriors but Alaska is just too cold for football
