The Crusader Kings 3 Royal Court added the new culture rework, allowing you to hybridize two cultures. I now know what needs to be done! The Crusader Kings CLASSIC that is... THE LEGACY OF THE INDO NORSE!
I, Koifish, will play as the Viking Norse, and conquer my way down to take over India, and form the grand culture and kingdom of the Indo Norse!
The latest DLC for Crusader Kings 3 has been released! Crusader Kings: Royal Court let's you commission great works of art from inspired craftspeople, Impress people with the grandeur of your court, or impress them with your noble house’s heirlooms and relics. It also changes the culture system, adding an enhanced Culture system that lets you guide your people to novel cultural understandings as they merge or splinter off, embrace their heritage, learn languages, or acquire new traditions!

@@Maevola ehhhh kinda but we English and French have a complicated history of dick measuring and king killing all the way back to the Viking era..... So we have a lot more practice in hating each other like America with Mexico or China with Japan..... Then again we Brits are really good at pissing people off. France, Spain, Ireland, Italy, China, India, America, Argentina..... It's been toned to a fine art for us. our accents are crafted to make you like us but distrust us at the same time. Shaped so most don't understand us even while we speak their language so we can insult people and talk with ourselves without you all knowing what the hells going on lmao

Its actually kinda crazy how well they held onto their culture look up the sami, ainu and inuit. Its extremely obvious their relation especially when you also compare to their neighbors

I actually accidentally made the indo-Norse after I married a daughter to a random Indian guy that was hanging out in some Slavic court. Well 25 years later and somehow that branch of the family ends up I heriting my titles and lands. One turn I suddenly realized my king was wearing Indian clothing and I was super confused.

Challenge idea - Start with the Duchy of Aragon with Navarra as your liege. - Focus your family on stewardship and chivalry only. - Gain independence. - Convert to Asatru or Tengriism. - (Optional: Gain the Viking trait.) - Form a hybrid culture with any Germanic, Turkic or Mongolic culture with the Basques. (F'ing OP raiders) - Then conquer Iberia, West Francia, Greater Italy.

Uh, just so you know...your champions don't magically appear in your army once you hire them. You still have to raise them as individual troops and ferry them over to your army. This, by the way, is why armies get weaker the longer wars progress. Knights get picked off one by one but don't get replaced.
