(people like yuji, and choso) and reverse cursed technique can heal the soul unlike the regeneration curses use

Choosing cursed spirit as the race of the character is kind of a throw. This is for the simple reason that literally even any RCT output can just 1 shot a curse, no matter how strong. Sukuna/Yuta can touch the character you built while outputting RCT and they would just die.
