So tips are to say Thank you when patient tells you their name demographics, demonstrate sympathy and empathy when they start telling you their issues… for e.g sorry to hear that you are struggling with cough! There are nice videos that you can watch on KZfaq for free.. you’ll learn more there then the academies you have joined but the acedamy is good for practicing with other people and getting mocks etc…

Hey girls! Good luck with your prep, InshaAllah you both will make it. Just a small suggestion after seeing Tunio’s consultation, we IMGs do tickbox exercise while data gathering and management. What we lack is empathy and IPS. So do a bit of practice face to face because most consults are now f2f unlike covid times and IPS matters. Regards, Probably your future colleague in NHS :)
