YOOOO, it’s probably an unusual thing to say but CONGRATS!! As you said at the beginning of the video, long hair takes ages to grow and therefore becomes part of your identity which makes it super difficult to transition away from. I love the result, you suit short hair!

I just went through this process yesterday. I waited to watch this vid until I had done it. I went from lower chest level hair to it being above my ears - not as short as you. I donated it too! Same as you. It really is a whole new person in the mirror, and I’m glad I could see you put what I’m feeling into words!

Just as I was about to get my hair buzzed, I see this video on my recommended. Alot of people are cutting off 1 almost 2 years worth of hair growth and I want to do the same, but I've become sentimental with my own hair. You've been an inspiration with my hair journey and watching this video reassured me that its ok to go back to square 1. After all, hair grows back eventually so its not like its the end of the world.

It always looks like that after a cut, the struggle with short hair comes from you keeping your beard trimmed and lined up constantly, since it can make a hairstyle go from great to bad, but yeah tim looks amazing!

I never had hair this long, but I did let it grow past my shoulders more than once, and since it's wavy it took up a lot of room. Each time I had it cut off it was a relief and a very enjoyable experience to look and feel totally different.

Long hair is just something that you have to take care of. If you already have a lot of things to worry about, it is best to cut off your long hair. Grow it out again once you're free of worries :)

I cut it all last week. Grew them to my shoulders. But after 17 months of growing I just didnt like the way it felt and looked. The hair was always in my face and looked messy pretty quickly (especially the sides and the backside of the head). And even if I took really good care of it, I underestemated the effort that you have to put in. Its a lot of work to have long hair sometimes and I guess you really need to be the type for it..

I wore my hair wait-long for a while, and it was kinda funny that when I cut it, people around me cared far more than I did when cutting it. Kinda funny how people get so used to a look that sometimes they don't even remember how you looked before.

I just recently cut my hair. It was almost nipple length, and I cut it to be what is traditionally boys length hair. I’m super glad I watched your video beforehand and it really gave me the confidence boost I needed going into the salon. Thank you so much!!

many people associate ones hair as one identity , you are actually the same person with or without the long hair and frankly speaking I think the new hairstyle actually makes you much more approachable and you definitely looks younger and more handsome and anyway you can always grow them back.
