but you need to be careful with food in vietnam. For example, Vietnamese food has a lot of salt, a lot of spices, extremely bad for the internal organs, not to mention the origin of the food is a difficult thing to know, the quality is not safe.

Keep up the good work, I've subscribed to less than 5 channels in the past 20 years, and just subscribed to yours today. I've never been to Vietnam but my friends have described it to me, your videos feel so incredibly authentic that I feel like I'm there.

I’ve been so depressed ever since coming back to America after 1 month of visiting & living with my family in Saigon. The videos you and Chris upload genuinely help me so much. It’s been a week since I found y’all and not a day goes by where I don’t watch ur vids, It’s like I’m there eating and exploring with y’all haha😂. these are my comfort videos fr, tmi but i get so emotional watching sometimes bc the ladies in ur vids remind me of my grandma and aunties🥲 agghh I’m also Viet Kieu so these vids really help with improving my Viet/fluency, so I just wanted say Cảm ơn nhiều 😊 keep doing what you’re doing, I miss my second home and I hope to be able to live in Saigon long term in a few years.

My favorite videos are often the ones you randomly go on an excursion, meander, and discover. Chào Max , Món bột chiên con nít thích lắm , mà người lớn cũng ưa . Ngày còn nhỏ cô thường ăn món này mà ăn tại chỗ ngon hơn đem về , vì vừa ăn vừa nhìn chú bán bánh , trở bánh luôn tay rồi nghe mùi thơm cuả trứng chiên , cuả bánh khoai môn cháy xém mặt xông lên mũi nữa . Người miền Nam nói " nghe mùi " chớ không nói ngửi thấy mùi 🤩🤣Like !!! Chúc cô chủ dễ thương bán đắt hàng , chúc Max mau được 1 triệu người đăng ký .

@@vu_derArchitekt Thưa ông , sở dĩ tôi nói hai tiếng " nghe mùi " là cách nói rất riêng cuả dân miền Nam là vì , khi người miền Bắc nghe chúng tôi nói nghe cái mùi này , thì họ nói , mùi thì phải ngửi thấy chứ , sao lại NGHE ? Ông Huy Vũ có vẻ như muốn dạy dỗ tôi đừng phân biệt tiếng chung hay riêng cuả từng miền chăng ? Thưa , chuyện này là nó tự nhiên như vậy rồi , có gì phải thắc mắc đâu mà cần đem cả ... Việt Nam vào đây ?

chị có biết "ẩn dụ chuyển đổi cảm giác" là gì không? Và chị nghe được bao nhiêu người miền Bắc rồi mà gom hết người miền Bắc lại, trong khi chính phương ngữ Bắc cũng có cách nói "thấy mùi" chứ không phải "ngửi mùi". Có phải ai cũng không hiểu hay thắc mắc cái đó đâu?

Đúng rồi, Max rất dễ thương ❤ Bánh bột chiên is one of my favorite dish. My mom used to make them ❤ It’s hard to get the varieties of bánh bột with papaya salad in where I live. Thanks again for sharing 😊

These dishes are actually Teochew (Triều Châu) not 100% Vietnamese cuisine, but that doesn't make them stop being super delicious.

Củ sắn ở trong Nam là jicama đó Max…. Jicama is used here instead of daikon radish, củ cải… ngoài Bắc thì củ sắn mới là cassava, củ khoai mì.

Chổ này là 1 trong 3 chổ mình hay ăn và thấy nó ngon nhất luôn . Bột chiên ngon thì phải chiên bằng mỡ và có tép mỡ ăn chung , ăn bột chiên mà chiên bằng dầu thực vật thì thua 😂.Nước tương thì phải hơi đặc , về nước tương thì nên có chút dấm tiều nữa tạo tí vị chua mới ngon 😊. Coi clip xong phải dắt xe đi kiếm bột chiên ăn , thề đó giờ chưa bao giờ coi clip mà thèm ăn luôn 😅
