I hv heard ur story well,, your health problem is not far from what i am going through right now,, i had the same signs and symptoms,, when i did some scanning, i found that i have a brain 🧠 tummer. Head surgery was done,,then after that i went for radiotherapy and now going through chemotherapy,,now i am praying for you the get some money for scanning as early as now,, i was told by Dr that tummer is manageable when it's in early stage,, God will answer your prayer as He has in your early life,, God will never start something good for his pple and leave it half done, Believe in Him much
