Didi I used to study a lot and after starting 12th I was doing very well for 3,4 months but now I am not getting that potantial as before. Accepting this challenge from 23 September 00:00 1. I'll not set any waking time as I study overnight and my school exams are going on already so yeah 2. 30 mins social media ONLY (talking to friends only, STRICTLY NO REELS) 3. 30 mins cardio exercise and 15 mins walk/run with my doggie 4. No expectations 5. Every Hour Diary rule! 6. No Noodles/unhealthy meals 7. 6 liters of water (I drink much more daily but yeah) (I added random things too hehe)

I will do 20 minutes of exercise eveyday 5. I will work tirelessly and without any expectations 6. I will not leave any target incomplete in between 7. I will make my every hour diary 8. I will cut out my social media distactions ( maximum use will be 1 hour only ) 9. I will meditate for 10-20 minutes everyday. Wish me all the best, i will do my best and will be meet after 21 days. Everythings good just increase your sleep time. 3 hrs of sleep is just unhealthy n can effect your health in different ways. take atleast 5-6 hrs of sleep, its gonna help you in the prep too. Take care Champ, All the very best!

i’m in 12th grade and i’ll be taking up this challenge. i want to be a veterinarian and for that i don’t need to score that much but i atleast need something, i’ll maintain a personal record here! feel free to remind me :) starting- 1 october 2023, till 21 oct 2023 1. wake up at 4 or 4:30 am study for an hour and study after school 2. no timetable, achievable targets 3. 2 litres of water per day 4. 20 minutes of exercise 5. no expectations! 6. youtube and netflix only if daily targets achieved and just for an hour challenge accepted! day 1- 2L water ✅ daily goals (did one and couldn’t do the other one), woke up at 7.30 am since it was a sunday, exercise ✅

i nearly cried watching this video, i opened this video expecting to get some challege for studies and chapters, i am just like any other student trying to get thru the day by studying and trying and trying, been neglecting my mental health lately and bc of that havent been able to study properly, i saw this and now i think its time to priorities my health with studies, thankyou

i take this challenge on 3 rd october 4/5 am [ i already wake up at 4 am , cant do less than that TT] no timetable only target [ will try to cover up for the upcoming monthly test which is on 18th] will drink at least 4 lit of water 30 minutes of walk and will try to do 10 min brisk exercise before that no expectations [ only end day results ] every hour dairy will sure try my best to keep it updated minimum social media [ only will use for 1 hr twitter ] [ hope i can use youtube for study lecture ] tysm .
