@@LondonHustle , it was cool, but it's weird how much the GoPro must be stabilizing things for us normally to avoid that. Apple Vision Pro cameras clearly just don't really have that built in since that's not what they're meant for. :)

Particularly with the helmet, I think this just looked like reflective MTB or ski googles, which is probably why you didn't get comments from the restaurant workers. But the pedestrian who had more time saw it from the side and realized what it was. Context matters. Haha. Without the helmet, I bet they'd have pegged it as the Vision Pro quickly too.

Seems very dangerous, specially in case the screen goes black while on a busy road (it happens) - but it's a cool test. It's still very early and I imagine the 3rd version will catch on, or some other product featuring smaller "normal" glasses, when technically possible. It's currently too expensive for the current added value (apart for the initial cool demos). I can think of many uses for a more mobile version, not just navigation or a social network of riders.

Very cool. I am wondering if you could run your delivery/maps apps on a mac (I think most iOS apps can also run on a mac) and use the virtual display feature to have them visible on your vision pro. Dangerous, of course, but if you position them out of your normal field of view it might be okay. Completely pointless endeavour, of course, but would be a cool experiment.

I like to watch your videos to calm down at night. Your calm voice and cruising through London was always helpful. But here it showed your head movement when crossing roads etc. and that got me nervous. 😵‍💫🙃

how is your depth perception with this? poor video quality aside, the slightly more narrow field of view i think is actually better than the gopro's image. i love that they're finally getting some traction, i used to think the first oculus rift will be the thing that completely change personal computing and that was, what, 12 years ago? now just someone other than apple please make a decent one...

I had excellent vision and felt 100% in control, I would advise people not to attempt this (as mentioned in the video) this was just for entertainment purposes and will not be a regular occouranc

But from an honesty point of view it's equal to having tied a blindfold to your forehead and posted the video with the title "The World's First Delivery With A Blindfold". Not trying to be negative and as stated I enjoy your content, but the title is misleading, inaccurate and feels a bit click baity. Just saying :)

It will be a part of the future, when it becomes more slim and normal looking. Though... it IS an electronic device which is online. So it may just be a matter of time, when hacking attacks on such devices in daily usage will be another common ground in the cyber crime sector. I will keep having mixed feelings about these things. You know... one less step away from nightmares seen in games such as Deus Ex and Observer (great philosophical dystopian games btw).
