After a suggestion in the comments, I've built my dream Formula 1 circuit using various sections from the tracks on the 2020 calendar. This was proper fun to make actually, I hope that comes across! I thought Of this so many times. Likes I don’t understand why they didn’t do it, it would make them so much money and people would love it. If they are worried about the exterior of the track then just don’t include it, I sure as hell wouldn’t mind if I could make a custom track or just make default presets for every track sector/part. This is a dream of mine for them to add to the games and I really hope I can happen one day. I’d like to use the turn one at Melbourne and then eau rouge at Spa which lead down hill into the Monaco hairpin which then goes into the susuka s’s and then the long straight hard braking from Canada into the wall of champions and then go through the castle turn at Baku and end it off with the big right handed at Monza

@@Veezy751 Yeah i get you man, I've also been thinking of some shit thatd be fun as hell for the f1 games, but since it's EA it'll never happen. 1. Bring back the driving from f1 2020, in my opinion thats when the driving felt best on every track. 2. For my team, let the player chose the actual technical shape of the car from the existing cars from other teams, like i really want the renault nose and body shape for my team. 3. Instead of making some midtier predictable storymode, fully sive in the immersion aspect for Mycareer, and if people dont want to play with that kind of immersion just make a championship mode like Motogp20 4. A GOD DAMN HELMET CREATOR AND/OR LIVERY CREATOR, again just completely ripoff motogp20. I've gone into way further details in my head about each category but yeah, one can dream.

F1 needs more courses that aren't afraid to go over the standard 1.45-2.00 lap times, in my opinion. A 3 minute course with something like just 24 laps would be extremely interesting.

it's all about the context. wtf1 put it right at the end of a straight to frustratingly destroy any chance for an overtake. Tommo put it in after a mid speed corner like it already is in the real Baku, and it's there as a spectacle. personally I feel like it ruins any chance of a pit straight DRS chase which is almost iconic to F1 these days.

It looks good, I would have transitioned the Silverstone to Monaco section with Copse corner, lots of high speed overtaking potential and easy to mess up

Your track from the aerial view could be a few things: 7:14 - 7:59 that could be the handle of a sword, the rest could be a melted blade That could also be the leg and foot of a duck/goose kind of animal, and then some body, and the Interlagos T1 and 2 and Suzuka Ss would mark a neck and head. lol

I'm proud to say that I've figured out the audio of the F1 car during the track commentary: It's Hamilton's pole lap at Abu Dhabi (was able to tell by the two long straights very close to each other, followed by a technical final sector) - shows how much of an F1 geek I am. Great video tho!

The monaco into baku into a straight is the best possible combinations. If the detection zone is right before casino, then there will be some dramatuc overtakes. If it wasnt that way the only overtakes that would happen there would be last lap dives, which are cool too. Its fun to think about

My dream F1 Track includes corners from 9 different tracks: Monza: First Chicane + Parabolica Silverstone: Copse + Maggots & Becketts Montreal: Turn 6 & 7 Suzuka: 130R Spa: Eau Rouge/Raidillon + Kemmel Straight Monaco: Mirabou + Hairpin Albert Park: Lakeside drive curved straight (I decided to add something from my home race and its here) Zandvoort: Banking Interlagos: Senna 'S' And also my own start/finish straight and pit lane in the track too between Monza first chicane and Interlagos Senna 'S'

One thing to improve: maybe move the castle section because i think you need an overtaking opportunity on the last corner. You could probably put the start on the Wellington straight.👍

I think an interesting (and slightly underrated) two corners are the long left hander followed by the sharp right at Russia. It’s cool because you can take the left hander slower to get a better exit out of the right but if you’re going for an overtake you can brake later and stick right to dive down the inside. Leclerc did it to K Mag in 2018 for example. Just a thought.

Quality track Tommo, only complaint would be that passing seems very difficult, and with a lack of fast straights it seems as though if you get stuck behind someone you could be there for a while. Other than that it looks great!

Pretty cool track. I really do hope you read this. Just a thought though, what if... • Belgium S/F line • La Source turn 1 • Eau Rouge turn 2 & 3 • Radillion turn 4 • Kammel straight INTO... • Parabollica at the end of the kammel straight for turn 5 • Long straight INTO... • Chicane splitting the long straight into two like at France for turns 6, 7 and 8 • Continuing down the long straight • Into the final 3 corners of Hungary • The 90° right for turn 9 • The two hairpins for turns 10 and 11 Joining back onto the straight for the true home of speed another lap of the Gayle Motordrome. Considering drawing it out and sending it to you on Twitter or something😂.

Love the video, i tried to make my own but it's very much inspired from some of my favourite high speed corners. Pit straight, into turn 1, which is of course *130r* , so keep your foot planted. Next, instead of the casio triangle you are faced by the behemoth that is *eau rouge and raidillion* , again, do not lift. Down the *kemmel straight* and you are faced by a downward left breaking zone that is the *Bahrain turns 9 and 10* . Little bit of a straight to be then faced by the *COTA S section* , which is joined at the end by a swooping left hander that is *Sochi's turn 3* . After the apex of Sochi turn 3 opens up to the *Gille's villneauve's straight* , keep your foot planted until the breaking zone ( *wall of champions* ) and back on the power. At the end the straight you have a slight breaking zone, reminiscent of *Singapore's turn 22/23* before the pit straight. The end.

Dude the swimming pool section is by far the hardest part! If I were him I'd at least keep that. I would pick the hairpin all the way down and through the swimming pool, that's the most intense part. So much speed, so little room! It's the most glorious thing when you get it right! I have a feeling he doesn't actually drive any of these tracks in games

My bloody track. Start/Finish Straight. Leading into - COTA( turn 1) : Up the hill, wide road and Kimi overtaking, what more do you want. - turn 2 and 3:- variante, leading to curva grande (Monza) -Copse, Maggots, Beckets and Chapel (Silverstone) - Halfway through the Hangar Straight, Hairpin (Monaco), Tightest corner, oppurtunistic passes - Then infamous Singapore Slingshot after a straight. Cause who wouldn't like Grosjean being launched into a Fish Market - And to finish it Turkey Turn 8, cos the track is bonkers and clipping 4 apexes is a thing of beauty. Great vid, Love from India

Tommo, I'd love to have Eau Rouge through to the end of the Kimmel straight after the casino bit from Monaco then following it up at the end with the castle section from Baku Otherwise, spot on including my favourite bits of track

Good video. I think most people would have the same 5 to 10 areas that would be in their dream tracks. One thing to notice is that a certain track might have a special piece that makes it memorable (see Spa’s Eau Rouge) but what makes a track hit that legendary status is having multiple memorable areas like Monaco or Silverstone.
