I can conclude now that it’s cheaper to buy proteins at One stop meat shop, it’s on St Mary/St Vital. They sell fish too. Titus was 12.45 or so for 4 pieces. Fresh and nice. That shaki size was 6 dollars thereabout. I’ve not tried Asian stores for meat yet, but their shrimps and prawns are cheaper

Omo things are really expensive in Canada shaaa😳 we are really enjoying here in Italy 🇮🇹 and I'm thinking of relocating to Canada 🇨🇦 😄 that mackerel fish at 24 dollars is ridiculously prizy 😳 that should be about 9 euros here. That amount of pepper is 2 euros here. I just have to reason well if I still want to relocate.. thanks for sharing 👍

Pls,try Freshland their offals are more cheaper than Africa store .They also sell Palm oil .

Even Titus in Naija is pricey now. Average price of original goes for 1200-1400.

Pls try nd cook the ogbono with okro I think it should help to make it draw cos I do same instead of throwing it away. Buying ogbono in Europe cn be tricky so I prefare to send money home for them to buy nd send it to me

It's better to buy ogbono that hasn't been blended. Once blended and not used soon.. it hardly ever draws.

You can add okro to your ogbono it will make it draw.
