To settle the endless debate my friend and I decided to do a first to 50 in One Strike where the loser had to buy the winner a copy of Two Strikes. One Strike is a such niche little simple indie fighting game but I love it to death and have sunk more hours into it than I would like to admit. My friend and I are at the point where we know the ins and outs of matchups and this had led us to argue about who is better, who is (presumably) the best One Strike player in the world. On stream we put this argument to rest by spending 2 and a half hours playing a first to fifty.
