Everyone knows that you love these animals and they love you back. The loss of Hot Lips is and will be hard. No one knows exactly what happened and it doesn’t really matter. What does is that you gave her, her best life and she was lucky to have you! Thanks for sharing grandpa. We all love you and your family 😘

Everything happens for a reason and we know she isn't getting picked on anymore. Adler is so sweet the way he reaches over and gives his grandpa a hug. He knows he is loved!

I’m sorry for ur loss . It wouldn’t matter if u had 100 chickens, it still hurts to lose a pet . U get personal with them . They know u always do all u can to take great care of them and keep them well . Sometimes it’s just time. It’s part of farming , that’s how it goes sometimes. Don’t ever blame ur self for it and know if u could have saved her u would have. 😢

Ralph, I am so sorry about Hot Lips. Every single time I've lost an animal I get the "What could I have done differently" too. Sometimes, there really is nothing you could have done but it doesn't make it any easier. Thank you for the life you gave her. No pet ever had a better life than the ones that you have and do give them. That hug that Adler gave you was precious. I will keep you in my prayers. Sorry for your loss Grandpa. I know Hot lips was the most vocal of the girls and loved talking to you 🐥 she's probably up in heaven right now talking to God saying, "Thank you Lord for putting me on Grandpa Adler's Farm! He LOVED me till the day I died. He LOVED dancing for me too🧑‍🌾🕺"

My condolences on the loss of Hot Lips. She was a lovely bird, and I know that you will miss her. Thank you for sharing the goat footage. I have enjoyed watching them become more trusting and actively initiate interactions with you. Batman reminds me of my dearly missed black Lab. He, too, was sweet and smart, but also a stubborn character. 😊 I have to agree that ending a video with both Grandma and Adler is a treat!

Grandpa I'm so sorry for the loss of Hotlips. I know you've done your best to keep them safe and healthy. You have no reason for blaming yourself for her passing. God bless you and all you're family.

That was a sweet surprise seeing Adler at the end! He's losing all of his blond hair, I don't know if that's because he needs the summer sunlight, or if it's because he's going to get darker hair like his daddy now, either way he's a handsome boy! 💙

DeJay and Daniel Arms have their mini donks in with alpacas, a mini steer and a pig that looks like Lola. I believe he feeds them some grain in the winter...with hay and some alfalfa when it's really cold. They really are quite good with the mini donks...and they're adorable.
