Second, although it isn’t safest country we've come a long way and we get unfair depiction by western media and even KZfaqrs. I'm happy to see you seem a level headed person. Somalia also has other saver cities. Mogadishu because it has most population and most money, it attracts all criminals and unsavoury characters. I wished your handlers have been better and showed you better areas. They could have done better unfortunately. Also, who shouted at you for filming at Monument of Unknown soldier was in the wrong and your handler should have told you to ignore him. I went there myself and filmed there. Please connection to other Somalis who can take you all over the country, from Zeila which has one of the oldest mosque in Islam, sheikh mountains, Naso Hablood (translation is a surprise 😅) Eyl, Xafuun (natural island with corridor you can walk over during low tide), Kismayo with beautiful beach. And so many other places to name.

Mogadishu is best capital in Africa even though it has destroyed but now it building so fast and it is safe now there are many embassies and many foreign employees you don’t need security with you you need only translate enjoy because Somali weathers it is very nice whole year and Somali food is fantastic

I also noticed the guides with security will take you to random places. Meet up with other influencers like bilaal bulshaawi. They well bring you to the nice local places nice food and and music more interaction with locals.
