Gurl, let me tell you don't really need it! JUST EAT HEALTHY! In yours food contains more sulfate then in the most American/Europe countries which is very important for hair growth! So you already own the whole vitamins that we outsider have to buy extra 😢

Hi Mercy! I made the aloe vera oil and have been using it on my scalp and ends. I got my rice water fermenting to use tomorrow or Friday when I shampoo my hair. I take a multivitamin and I take 10,000mcg of Biotin every day. My fingernails are growing so fast. Hopefully, when I take my twists down tomorrow, I will see a little growth. Will let you know. I have a question after watching this video: How can I get my curls back after flat iron my hair sinds december 2022? This is the first time that I ironed my hair and after 7 months I did not get my curls back.
