The Philippines reached the top of my list of most favorite countries after visiting 40 countries. Filipino people are among the most accommodating, welcoming, and kindest nations I have ever met. Even though Filipino hospitality & kindness is not new to me, I have met many expats in Dubai and knew what to expect from the country's people. 🙏🏽
I am so happy to be here and spend a few weeks around the islands to make the best out of my long-processed visa and share my experiences with you.

It was so kind and nice of you to feed the mother dog. The Philippines has so many stray dogs. When I visited in November 2014, I bought snacks and fed some of the stray dogs around Intramuros because I felt so bad for them. I will do it again during my next visit! 😊 enjoyed this video very much! ❤

It got to the Philippines through the Spaniards, who in turn got it from Muslim, in fact from name of the Portuguese town of 'Fatima' (named after a Muslim princess from the Muslim occupation of the Iberia-- or Spain and Portugal). The town of Fatima in Portugal became famous for the apparition of Mary in the town of Fatima, hence the name 'Our Lady of Fatima'. There numerous names and terms in Spanish and Portuguese that are from Arabic (Muslim).

When you ate the adobo but without rice - you could have asked the person at the counter. I’m sure they have rice in the kitchen. Because you’re a foreigner they thought you don’t usually eat rice. You’re very kind to everyone and when you see animals you want to feed them too. What’s your religion ? May the Lord God keep you safe and healthy all the time.
