Struggled in the last 3 matches against EFL Championship sides. Of course they can do better. Give Kompany, Wilder etc Utds players and give Burnleys squad to Ten Hag and TH would get destroyed.

This is what people don’t understand. This coach is trying to implement a style of play with players he’s essentially going to be getting rid of. Not to mention players coming in have to get used to a new team new players etc. so he’ll have to start over with his implementing his style

We keep talking about these players but rightly so but who are these players?? Do we forget that ten hag player ID hasn’t worked at all. He can’t even use his own players to play the sole called style of play. He talks tactics but can’t do it

Any smart coach puts their ego to one side not having the players, especially with all the injuries and you set the team up first and foremost not to lose. It’s clear as day he’s setting that team to win his way but doesn’t understand that what he’s really doing is setting them up to fail. In game management? No. Correct subs? No? Timing of subs? Nope. I mean Burnley we’re knocking the ball around quite nicely in large parts of todays game. Kompany coached those players that - who’d have thought?

So you want the players out bc they’re not good enough but you want the manager to level down to play to their strength??? As a manager you stick to your style of play to make a point “I’m here for the long run and if you want to play for me you’ll have to level up to my style of play.” We finally have a strong willed manager with enjoyable style of play and you’d prefer him to be a coddler lmao. What style of play is that then. No evidence of anything that anyone can make out - worse teams than what we have have had managers come in and completely transform there teams !! We are starting from a much better place than arsenal did spurs did and villa. There’s all miles ahead of us. Not to mention the waffle he comes out with post match.

Completely agree. A well coached team should be better than the sum of its parts but we’re worse. Yes we have issues with players but there’s no evidence ETH will make good players better. #ETHOut
