The part where Jennie says I want my room to be full of blue flowers refers to the fact that her mom ALWAYS send gives her blue flowers for her birthday and because she lived alone in New Zealand since she was ten and when she got back to Korea at 15 she had to stay in dorm and she was a trainee for 6 years, she didn't really spend much time with her mom so blue flowers are like her comfort thing. You never know is about their struggles from the beginning and how everyone judged them and still they get so much hate for everything.

Jennie voice really matured throughout this album. From the first song until the end you can listen how wide her vocal range. In case you don’t know Jennie is a main rapper and a lead singer of BP so listening to her singing a lot is not really that weird but we really wanted to listen her rap since she’s been singing a lot for these past 2 year

I just deeped that blue flowers symbolize love but also hope. So her mom probably gives her those to remind jennie of that which is beautiful. But also, the line saying she wants a room full of blue flowers could also mean that shes longing for a room full of only love after all the hate shes gotten which is so fucking sad

You never know is a really special song for the Blackpink members and us , Blinks. Blackpink faced a lot of issues from haters, who discredit them,their talent, their skills. They judged them bc of their success, bc they are so talented and beautiful inside and outside. And Blinks were always there to protect our girls. We fought together against the haters and their mistreatment of their own agency who never credit them for their lyrics etc . 4 years , we suffered a lot, but we finally saw the light. Every blink cries with this song it is a special song for us

the part where Jennie said "I want my room full of blue flowers, I'll always be waiting" on You Never Know she was actually talking to her mom who always brings or gifts her blue tulip(?) flowers whenever there's a occasion like her birthday so it basically means that everytime her mom gives her that blue flowers, she becomes happy and peaceful ❤

Jennie is singing a lot in this album because the company has been mistreating her main position as the mainrapper of the group since 2019 because she’s the Ace and can also sing and dance too which isn’t right. idk bout yall but jennie singing the chorus hits different, all of them get hate without a reason but jennie in particular has been dealing with a lot more of it from the start, the dating issues, popularity, outfits, being the 'favorite' of YG and YG princess, and many more. You Never Know is my favorite. Lisa's part "Sunday night I was swallowed by my bed" got to me. Years ago I got so depressed & stayed in bed so long, I felt I melted into my bed. I never want to get to that point again. Her voice sounds so innocent on top of it. Not to mention, she's my bias. She's so up, I would hate to see her ever down.

I cannot be the only one that loves that Jisoo starts and ends "You Never Know" we like to call her the unofficial leader of blackpink because of the way she loves and protects the girls, so it almost feels like a conversation the girls are having with her. I love it.

Thank you for your reactions!!! I really love to watch your videos. Lovesick girls has a music video and live performances. Ice cream only has music video and pretty savage has live performances. The last one they did for pretty savage was on James Corden's show and they were playing it with a live band, and you may think it can't sound better than in the album, but it does. I really recommend you to watch that performance.

fact: if we add all the blackpink songs, the ones that sing the most are jennie and rosè, then lisa and last jisoo. The one who starts the songs the most is Jennie. As for smooth rap, it is the one with the most lines, then jennie and then jisoo. and as for the center in the choreographies, most of the time it is smooth because it is the main dancer.

a complete package indeed, u'll realize why the name of the album IS "The Album" 😹🤡💀 HYLT is their yg bop song, LSG is them experimenting on more western pop influence since they're known worldwide, BYW and Ice Cream exploring more on cutesy pop whereas yg rarely do and expanding their western pop& hip-hop influence, Crazy Over You is See You Later, Boombayah, Forever Young and HYLT's sister song which solidifies the "Blackpink sound" and how teddy wants them to sound, Love To Hate Me is them flexing on the haters and talking their sh*t with amazing vocals, You Never Know is their most vulnerable song; jisoo opening and lisa more singing lines, so strip-down instrumental too (not ur typical BP song) it's Hope Not's sister song that they're still human all throughout

Been bingeing your BLACKPINK reaction vids and I love how you fell for each member slowly based on their talents. My heart is happy having to hear compliments for Jennie because of how she sings and raps. Most people get curious about them and become their fans lately because they’re pretty or popular (WHICH IS NOT ENTIRELY A WRONG THING) but it’s just refreshing to see people fall in love with their talents first. 💖

People say Jennie is lazy but she couldn't dance well early 2018 because she hurt her ankle in TOKYO DOME and if you hurt your ankle even once you have to be carefull and not only that she was dancing in heels after hurting her ankle and still the haters called her lazy and boycotted her solo it is so sad, because of the hate she deleted all her solo promotions and thats why this line: "YOU NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU WALK IN MY SHOES" and "IT'S EASIER TO JUDGE ME THAN TO BELIEVE" by Jennie hits so hard!

The "he" that there were singing about in "You Never Know" is actually supposed to be "they." "They" refers to the conflicting thoughts that keep plaguing their minds no matter how deep they push it down and ignore it. So it's not about toxic love. It's purely about them and dealing with things mentally that no one will understand unless they go in their shoes.
