The concert dream of having TS or Bey perform at the Racecourse seems pretty impractacle, because both artists have multiple stages that would occupy most of the pitch. Removing the temporary Kop and having the rather large grounds on that end of the stadium available for concert attendees may get about 50,000 capacity, but it would have to be a free-standing stage on the opposite end of the existing Kop. Maybe a second-tier act like the Foo Fighters or the Jonas Brothers might be doable.
