When your running the generator to work, plug in the AC charge cable for the generator and it will charge. This will make the most efficient use of fuel for the generator and allow you to run from battery at night without the generator making all that noise.

Wen you running out of power in the ecoflow and is cloudy outside and the solar system doesn't make power plug the ecoflow to the generator for one hour and charge it in full.
@jimmymcconnell629

The EcoFlow Delta Pro can be charged at 120v and 15 amps which equals 1800 Watts. That means it can recharge from your 5500 watt generator in about 3 hrs. If your welder is a 120v model, then you could actually run it from the EcoFlow Delta Pro and use solar or you generator or both at the same time to recharge the EcoFlow Delta Pro. That will reduce the run time and fuel of the generator and reduce the cost of fuel. It will also make your generator last longer. This should give you plenty of power in the rainy season.

A male cat', once he gets used to spraying will always spray his terrirory. Fixed or not. And a cat box won't stop that! So, Roger may not be able to be an inside cat. You might have to build Rog a cat house.

Like you, I was overwhelmed by all the design choices when it came time to renovate 4-1/2 half baths in my home. The one thing that really helped was the free design service that was offered by the big box store I shopped at. The designer took my needs and thoughts and translated it into several beautiful and cohesive bathroom suites. He even had useful suggestions about things I never thought of. One being that high vessel sinks were difficult to use for shorter or small stature people because they can be too high to lean over and causes a lot of water spillage, especially all over the person using it. Too low of a vessel and water escapes the lip frequently for water all over the counter and floor. It turned out to be the best tip we received. Another was to consider two piece toilets because if a piece broke, you don't have to remove and throw away the whole toilet. Never would have thought of that. Anyway, I was able to use the design suggestions and drawings and find the fixtures at different places (Amazon, Overstock, HomeDepot, etc..) for significant savings.

He can go in and outside as it is. He was "marking" his territory - not urinating. Truthfully, if you can take the odor for a while until YOU can't smell it any longer, it'll still help keep pests away from your home. Roger WILL occasionally re-scent the house, but again, it actually isn't a bad thing. With all of the wildlife just outside, that's a good thing! You saw how Roger was getting in and out? What's to stop all of that wildlife from coming in and out also? Living with a tiny bit of cat scent isn't so bad!

It wont matter in the long run. Two male goats never work. One will kill or hurt the other. I think its too late to neuter one. I know its a hard decision but I am 66 , lived on a farm or had animal rescue farm and as much as you try and as much as you love them, one male is all there can be. I am an animal loving freak and believe me, its the law of animals. There can only be one daddy. Plus the other animals and the humans can get hurt. Please be safe.

Well done on that bathroom floor, it was a long slog but what a result!!!! When it comes to fitting out the bathroom, see if they have a whole bathroom set that you can buy rather then getting the items individually. Also get items that are a standard shape so that replacement items are easier to find, I.e the toilet and the seat part should be a basic/normal instead of a fashionable shape that they will stop manufacturing at some point. The taps and shower head can be as basic as possible almost as cheap as possible to keep the initial costs down, you can always come back and replace them with better quality once the house is complete and you have the spare money…. Spend the money on the tiles and ceramic ware, but even then cheaper tiles can look good if fitted in a fancy design or even use the vinyl wood effect strips…. As for you electric, one side of your roof covered in solar panels and a bank of 4-5 batteries will probably give you the power you need and some left over. Proper panels will generate power even on a day like you had there….

Well done on finishing the floor! With regards to picking out fixtures, pick out ones that are timeless. Black taps, shower head etc would be a great look. Basins that sit on top of the cabinet tend to get water everywhere so an ‘under sink’ would be less messy. Perhaps you could find a second hand dresser or set of drawers to make into your counter. Oh and just to help with your English, the b in plumbing is not pronounced, it’s pronounced ‘plum-ing’.❤️✨

easy for me to type, hard for the idea to really happen, but during rainy season you get no solar power, but TONS of rain. You could use a larger battery back up for your solar system. Maybe even larger solar panels. To catch and store power.

You should just buy a vanity (cupboard) that has the basin and tap included and fitted.

🌟👍Keep a backup power station just for when you don’t have power. I keep a 300 just for those purposes. Your home looks great 🌟

Can you use your gas generator to charge your solar generator when there is no sun? Not the most efficient way but you gotta do what you gotta do.

My little solarpanels of 540Wp charge the batteries also on a cloudy day at least by 50% .... I never run out of power ...even with a freezer that consumes 50Ah over night. Something must be wrong with this Ecoflow system .... 🤣🤣🤣
