ถ้าหากเจ้าของร้านขนมครกใบเตยได้มาดูคลิปนี้ ขอแนะนำให้เอาใบเตยมาประดับร้านบ้าง คนต่างชาติเขาจะได้รู้ว่า Pandanคืออะไร สีเขียวนั้นไม่ใช่สีเคมี แต่เป็นสีจากใบเตย และกลิ่นหอมนั้นด้วย เอาช่อใบเตยวางหน้าร้าน ให้ลูกค้าต่างชาติใช้นิ้วมือขยี้ใบเตยแล้วเอานิ้วมาดม จะทำให้เขาหายสงสัยและเป็นจุดขายด้วย

น่าจะทำกับทุกเมนูด้วยสัก 1-2 อย่างที่เด่นๆ เพราะจะกลายเป็นเรื่องราวของอาหาร ทำให้จำง่าย เช่น แกงเขียวหวาน จะมีกะทิ ใบโหระพา มะเขือพวง ฯลฯ ถ้าบอกว่าใส่อะไรบ้าง หน้าตาสดๆเป็นอย่างไร และสรรพคุณของสนุมไพรนั้นๆ น่าจะดีสุดๆ

This used to be an old amusement park and was abandoned before being renovated into a night market. This castle was once the main feature of this amusement park. For most children in Bangkok and surrounding areas This amusement park is a place where almost everyone comes to have fun, play and meet up with friends. Bangkok people over the age of 30 all have memories of this place.

The castle there was the first amusement park in Thailand called DanNeramit and moved to DreamWorld then it’s Jodd Fairs now, the Castle still stands I saw it when I was young (30 years ago😅😅)

Pad Thai is often eaten by Thai people for lunch. Everyone has a different way of preparing it and may add cayenne pepper or sugar. And the charm of most Thai food is prepared according to each restaurant's own taste. If the basic ingredients are good, such as fresh shrimp, etc., both stir-fry and cooking start well. After that you can add more chili powder or sugar it as desired

Green beads in Thai green curry are "Turkey berry" (มะเขือพวง). Thai herbs, which are meant to prevent indigestion from meat.

This place used to be the most famous amusement park in Thailand. It's called Dan Neramit ( Dream land ). And later it was turned into a go-kart racing track. Then it became the present night market.

Of course I would prefer Kra-Prao, but Phad-Thai was a one regular dish that was sometimes ordered. And actually quite a lot of options like, Som-Tum, Phad-See-Ew, Khao-Pad, etc. So, Phad-Thai is very often ordered for me, as a Thai person as well.

I’m Thai but I rarely eats pad thai. I mostly eats ข้าวแกง (Kaw Gang), which mean rice (Kaw) and main dish (Gang). there are many type of แกง (Gang). แกงไก่, แกงเขียวหวาน, แกงเทโพ, แกงส้ม, แกงอ่อม, แกงไตปลา, แกงข่าไก่, แกงจืด, แกงพะแนง and many more

Thai yellow or Masaman are the curries you should be ordering for less spice, as such the Green is the spiciest curry so it’s like asking for a vindaloo then saying not spicy!!! I love Thai food I’d love all that you have just eaten for breakfast!!!

Thailand has four-region system, BKK is the middle and mostly ppl here love sweet food that’s why the food in BKK is so sweet 😅 For me I’m from Southern Thailand, we love spicy food and southern’s food is the most spicy and not sweet 😂

@35:54 There are few countries in the world where Pepsi holds more market share than Coke. And one of them is Thailand. Thai company buys concentrate from Pepsi. Pepsi keeps increasing the price of the concentrate but forcing Thai companies not to increase the selling price. Until there was only 2% profit left in each bottle, there was a fight to buy shares for large shares and management rights. But in the end, the Thai founders won. Pepsi therefore set up a new company to produce and sell itself. As for Thai companies has developed a cola formula and sells it under its own brand and since then Pepsi also lost market share. and lost to Coke

That was also my old time amusement park and it had been moved to Klong 4 and renamed to Dream world.

@@akatatari it’s the same company ka, they moved all the games to dream world. They were my client last 30 years ago coz they could not further run their amusement there due to space rental contract expired, so it’s planned before it’s terminated.

Fyi, that green veg that looks like seaweed ish is called sea grape. Basically a type of plant that taste like salmon roe ish. I have one question tho, which drink you like if you have to choose between Thai tea or Banana milk? I think it'll be a hard one to choose from.😂

Est cola is actully from the company that manufactor Pepsi in Thailand in the old days and a few years back ago pepsi hold the investment as in Thailand pepsi is doing pretty well along side coke. As the result the manufactor company of Pepsi decide to develop new product to the market which is Est with the same marketing team. So actually the Est and Pepsi are not same company now.

The reason EST Cola tastes so similarly to Pepsi is because the company that owns EST used to be a sole distributor for Pepsi for decades. This company made Thailand one of a few countries that Pepsi could beat Coke in the local market. But like one day Pepsi decided that it was good enough to takeover this market by itself, so Pepsi decided to break the contract. Pepsi then faced the backlash from that company by replacing EST to all if its network. Now Pepsi has just realised that its not because of its brand, but the connection of its local partner that made Pepsi won in the market. Now Coke has become no.1 in the market instead of Pepsi. A pure loss and truely shame of Pepsi CEO for making that decision.😂

After Sermsook company was Pepsi cola agent in Thailand for at least 50 years, their contract ended few years ago and Pepsi wanted to do it themselves so they make a new brand name Est instead.
