Yeah, it happens when your internet refreshes. It disconnects so the game tries to send you back to story mode, but reconnects so fast the server insta-loads a brand new session.

Quick tip: you can call your aircraft in your interaction menus under “vehicles” calling it like this will spawn it close to you but note you can’t call another personal vehicle while you have a personal aircraft active.
