What Platinum should i go for next? (no platformers please, i’ve had my fill 😓)

What’s neat about this platinum is because it teaches you the new techniques near then end, any time you replay this game the entire game is way easier now knowing the things like wall bouncing and hyper dashes

Chapter 9 is very worth it trust me (it’s very long though). This is incredible for a video with only 400 views and for a channel with 1k subs. Keep it up!

Having gone through all of this and Chapter 9, I watched this out of sense of pity for what you were about to go through. Absolutely well done on punching your way through though, oh, and I was absolutely laugh-crying at the misinputs because that was also my controller. The Chapter 5 B-Side took me HOURS because of bad inputs near the end and I almost lost my mind so I can relate. Great video, man.

If I remember correctly, chapter 6 crystal heart is a call back onto chapter 1’s crystal heart, you just have to do the dash sequence and variations to it depending on the symbol under each torch (normal, reflected, upside-down, then the final one you have to infer being both reflected and upside-down because the symbol is broken

You definetly didn't go easy on yourself by playing with the analog stick thats for SURE But really, good shit conquering celeste, and i would definetly love to see you try to tackle Chapter 9. Hopefully you still mostly enjoyed the game despite the frustrations

Your video showed me how important it is in games like Celeste to not just complete levels by trial and error, error, error and more error but also go out of your way to perfect the mechanics when you can. I picked up Celeste 8 days ago and managed to grind my way to 105% completion in that time and I'll leave it at that for now. When I saw your 1k+ deaths in The Summit C-side I was kinda weirded out since in my experience it was one of the easiest and I did it in under 150 deaths. But the Mirror Temple C-side was the bane of my existance and the first screen almost managed to make me turn on assist mode. I completed it without it in over 500 deaths and it is the deadliest level in my playthrough (excluding Farewell because... because it's Farewell and I hate myself enough to having gone for the moonberry). And I think it's because The Temple forced me to perfect the wall bounce, which was not easy for me. At some point I recognized that earlier or later I would need to do it consistantly so I went out of my way to train wallbounces at every single opportunity in this level (eg. at the first section of last screen you can dash for a bubble, do upright and dash upeft to next bubble, but you can instead just do a wallbounce and I always went for wallbounce). The Summit however just needed me to appy all I learned and do it consistently enough. My laggy laptop and playing on keyboard which sometimes just decides to stop working wasn't easy but most of my deaths were fair and improved my consistancy a little. I also found the level design forgiving and extremely fun so it wan't as frustrating to me as Farewell. Someday I would love to get the golden strawberry on Farewell but before that I need a new keyboard since my laptop keyboard is so broken that the only key binding that was not-super-uncomfortable and mostly working is XCV for grab,dash,jump; and JKLI for movement. I do not recommend, please don't play Celeste with this binding I wanna cry. TLDR go play Farewell pls.

you should definitely check out chapter 9, it's the most fun i had with the game by far (although it is a significant difficulty spike) celeste is one of those games that gets more fun the more you play it, especially if you get in to modded celeste

I really like your videos, these platinums are fun to watch and I’ll watch all the updates. Some suggestions I’d have are Super Meat Boy, N++, and Crypt of the Necrodancer. The only thing I’d say is maybe don’t use the trophy sound to bleep out words because I kept getting confused thinking a trophy popped until I realized that was going on 🤣

As someone who absolutely loves this game, I can say just how infuriating this game can be on controler. I recommend replaying it on pc and I garentee youll have a much better time with your only misinputs being your fault, which is a very good thing

I just want to say, if you were able to take 7c and 8c, you can take Farewell and the moon berry. If you're really a masochist though, you'll go for all 202 berries ;) As for other platinums you could go for, Slay the Spire has a fairly challenging one.

Dashing to the correct place is so easy... On pc 😎. Congrats on completing all achievements with a joystick, except the chapter 9 and moonberry ones.

The PS controller D-Pad is really weird. It registers as diagonals way too easy if you hold straight but happen to clench and push lightly up or down :/

I've actually beaten most of this game with one hand. If you don't count Farewell, then I beat everything but the C-Sides. I only didn't do Farewell due to going in before I had 15 hearts, because it was a blind playthrough.

I have platinum the game when it came out and then again when the Chapter 9 achievements were added and i dont regret a single second of it. Go play chapter 9, it's amazing Also, 7-C third screen is one of my favorite and funniest screens to play kek
