I’ll be honest, I can understand crying about the wrong bagel when it’s really not about the bagel, that was just the minuscule straw that broke the camel’s back. However, what I don’t understand is POSTING IT TO THE INTERNET!! She edits her videos, she could have edited that out upon review.

Just like the doctor who did the surgery... everything is a promotion, everything is a paid product placement or grift..

One reason Anna has less mobility and range of motion is that she obviously gained back much of the weight she had lost on Wegovy. She out ate the wegovy and that's how it is

Anna keeps blaming her body as if it’s a separate entity from herself. Girl, your body is doing its best with what YOU do and give it. Blame yourself, not your body.

Lipodema is not super easy to distinguish. Some diagnostic points are: 1- Bruises easily, 2- hurts when touched or pressed. 3- Gathers around certain areas. 4- legs feel heavy. BUT: 1- when you’re obese you tend to run into shit constantly and if you have a dump truck ass ditto. Ask me how I know. 2- Fatty tissue is more sensitive than more lean tissue, so when you press down on a fat person’s thicc upper arms, thighs or belly roll it might hurt more than doing it to a lean person or on leaner areas. Same when getting tattooed btw. 3- where you store fat is genetic, so u might just store fat in those areas, it’s also common areas for women to store fat (i.e. thighs, upper arms). 4- if you move a lot and are overweight, they will feel heavy at some point. One thing that distinguishes lipodema from being overweight is the texture of the fat, its harder and more clumpy, and that when you lose weight, it doesn’t improve as well as other areas of your body. That said, lipodema can still go down with conservative methods, (low impact movement, massages, weightloss) especially in the early stages. The most reliable way to be diagnosed is if you go to a vascular specialist who can look at your veins and tissue in detail. I do see Anna having lipodema. I just don’t think she’ll be consistent with her lifestyle and care for her body the way she should. The remaining fat cells can still blow up more.

Lantus is titrated to response so they may start out based on weight but, because she’s on other meds for glucose control, her response will be unique to her and her dietary choices. Therefore her dose will likely increase quite a bit before they settle on her maintenance dose. I’ve seen people on over 100units per day and sometimes even divided doses so they get overlapping coverage.

After watching G&L's video via a few different reactors, something sunk in for me. With the telehealth appointment being held in a public place and the physical therapist mentioning she had reviewed Anna's Instagram, and I say this as someone in the medical field, this clinic is walking a fine line with HIPAA compliance. I'm sure Anna has given them permission to use her likeness in any shape and form, so she can be part of their marketing, but I think you'd be farfetched to find many health professionals who would be willing to flirt with this potential violation.

Unfortunately I've been diagnosed type 2 last November and had prior complications before that. My dad also has type 2 and chronic kidney disease and will need a new kidney 😢. He injects twice a day. Being on Monjauro had saved my life 71lbs down but have protected my heart, liver and kidneys so I will most likely stay on it for life because my risks are like my dad's.

I think she's preparing to go back to Canada for a visa run. I think she realised she can't travel again without all the medication again. She doesn't know how to tell a story due to her constantly, consistently lying and I think in this specific video she's trying to throw people off and also think *HARD* to not give away too much information. She's done this since her KZfaq days when she would talk about the infamous sex stories. IMO, she's preparing for the Canadian visa run again. I think she's going to excuse it and again use the emergency care healthcare there. Also maybe deal with taxes, legal matters- we'll never know for sure. *Edit* In addition, she's been through this entire process before (without all this medication, as far as we know). She saw a diabetic doctor, she saw a nutrtionist in Kuwait, she was given so much educational knowledge on what to eat, how to eat.. do we all not remember when she said the Doctor told her the hand/fist method? or the specific plates.. she just can't keep track of all her lies and the "storyline" that she tells/feeds us.
