There’s a few of those videos here and there. It’s a 53’ trailer the dummy stacks are open at then end so water can drain out no problem.

Bro buy a couple of kettlebells and jumping rope. Kettlebells will build good form if you just do them daily 30min. And you can do presses while driving with one hand just need an automatic 😂

@trucking4racecars that's the way to do it. I've been driving a truck since I was 17 and now 37. Trucking takes a toll on the body so we have to make a conscious effort to maintain ourselves like we do our trucks😁. God bless and keep the rubber side down.
