Thank you so much Coach Jam for this very helpful module. I just realized na and dami ko palang "experience" and sarili ko lang talaga kalaban ko all through out this journey kasi lagi kong sinasabi na "ay baka di ako matanggap kasi wala akong experience, which is di naman pala. Having a right mindset hits different talaga you just need to take some actions para talagang ma reach yung goal mo.

Sometimes, I get discouraged when most of the job posts I find are always looking for VAs with experience. I tend to underestimate my skills and abilities basta qualifications na because the imposter syndrome kicks in talaga. I had my last general VA training 2 years ago pa and more on research and data entry lang remote work experience ko. Pero this module helped me realized na I am qualified pala in many ways and I still have an experience, hindi nga lang formal VA experience. I already made a business profile during my VA training pero hindi ko lang na-apply kasi ibang remote work ang nakuha ko. Thank you Coach for this video!

This module made me realize that I have experience. Although it might not be VA experience yet but I have a college degree, I can work remotely because of my work experience as an IT analyst for US Business, due to that, I was able to communicate english proficiently and I am adaptable to change since before I worked as an IT Analyst, I worked in different field related to failure analysis engineering. Thank you, Jam, for making realize these things. Kudos!

I really believe that experience is not just talking about the employment history. I just found here in this video that there is more than that. I have to enhance and learn some specific plus transferable skills to make myself go to a variety of places. Resulting to greater opporunities to present. Thanks, Coach Jam!

Thank you for this video! I learned that sometimes we are our own critic, in a sense that we have the tendencies to limit ourselves, na kesyo "hindi ko kaya", or "wala akong experience" kaya ayaw nalang din mag take ng leap. Transitioning in to the VA world takes a lot of courage and trust sa skills mo.

I learned that I can confidently say that I have experience, even though I don’t have literal virtual assistant experience, because of the specific skills that I have and the tools that I know how to use. I also learned that I need to customize all of my business profiles for every job application that I submit. In the future, when I start applying as a virtual assistant, I also need to learn to embrace rejections, adjust, and take a leap (send job applications again and again until I get my 1st client).

PRESENT!❤ what I learned: Whenever I search for job postings and read the requirements, I always say to myself, "Hey, you can't do that... you don't have the experience". Then I get scared coz questions will then run through my mind " What if I really can't do it?" "What if I'm not ready?" "What if this isn't for me?" But now I realized while watching this video, there is no such thing as "no experience" because there will always be some time in your life, whether it be in school or at work that you did something relevant to the job you want now. And if you think you are still not ready or not fit for it, then work hard to upskill, and then, when you feel ready, go, take the leap, and try your luck... Who knows right? Maybe you will get the job. ❤🎉

This is what I'm really worried about. I do not have experience. I'm afraid that it will be difficult to become a VA. But I learned that what I don't have is a JOB experience. And that is okay. What I will do is discover and develop skills hidden in me.

Walang general cv na pwede sa lahat, dapat talaga customize per apply. It takes time and effort, no need to rush. Everyday is a learning day. Abang po ulet sa next module!
