I personally think they need to rework the rifts and how easy it is to find them. It’s not really the Ghost’s fault as you can’t defend them properly, most likely you’ll get tethered during your ult and trapped trying. I still think main issue is ult not being consistent, especially when you have a like 3m cd on it. The purpose is to get a free save if your rift is found right away, now it feels more like a "look at my long wind up animation but pls don’t tether me bc you definitely have time"

The prison map (and probably every map) needs to be fixed. The rift always spawms under the stairs. It's impossible for the ghost to get to it before the busters

I think a small timer for the ghost at start to get in a good position or something could help, along with allowing ghosts to change their build before the match. I’ve seen ghosts have decent success on prison when they come in with the right build (usually brawler or slimer) because they can straight up bully the ghostbusters if they take fights in the right places

I agree, when I go in as a buster I've been playing enough to know most of the locations rifts spawn. But a timer before hand would be annoying for the busters. Maybe just a separate feature to place them in each map. (No busters, bots or civilians) Save and then when you start a match the game loads the rift placements.

As slimer i usually haunt a room grab the rifts and move them if i need cause rifts make escaping faster. Haunt a room and hide in it and jump out belch then run usually works.

I've had some good success with Slimer thus far and I think he's a lot of fun. The fact that a good belch instantly downs a buster is big. It has helped me rescue more than a few rifts. He might be my favorite of the Ectoplasts. I do like Pokey's javelin attack but sometimes it can be hard to land against competent busters.

in my opinion, Slimer is my favorite of the 4. his unique downs a buster pretty easily if you can aim it well (unlike myself). he's hilariously fun.

Won 6 or 7 games in a row as ghost then I got queued 3 games in a row with a team all level 80 and up. I've never felt so inferior in my life. They all staggered stuns, ran insta open and thrusters with gas grenades. All my rifts went down on two minutes each game. I could barely get the place 30% haunted by the time I lost each game

they must of fixed the bots them because i never had the bot ghosts do that, honestly i dont care that its too easy, i find it extremely fun

I believe once the majority of people start getting used to the game, and leveling up there gear for the busters...it will have a large power shift. Ghost may seem OP now, but I've gotten into matches with plenty of high tier players. Those matches are relentless because of the speed boosts the busters have, a long with PKE stuns and insta open traps.

I'd be fine with it as long as items aren't super expensive since its not free to play. But more hoping for some free content updates

My ghostbusting team got slimed right as we all spawned in because the npc ghost is broken also all the audio is broken and one time I spawned in and my screen was all black

PC ghost mobility is insanely better than console. Making those quick loops around obstacles and the verticality mobility is way better. Controller has an ascend button but not a descent

There’s no way, there’s gotta be a descent button maybe you click down the thumb stick or something. No way they’d do that to console players

I have play this game for 3 days and im level 61 Main buster but to be honest, i had matches were the ghost destroied in les than 2 mins, i have people ragequite because i capture them in less than 30 secs, i just hope they dont HARD nerf buster, ghost can be very good and hard to capture if you just know how to play them

I got This game yesterday and they should some sort of skill based matchmaking I am a level 26 and all of my ghost matches have level usually lv70-50 ghostbusters

Facts they should do what Rainbow 6 Siege did where they put a separate mode for people below a certain level and it pairs them with other people near their level. Once they get past the max level of that mode then they queue up with everyone else. Beginners play with beginners, everyone else who played the game since day 1 gets to actually have a fun match where one side doesn't completely steamroll the other

Is howler as weak as it seems? His minion buffs are weird, they work to deny an area harder and longer, but with these fast af Busters idk if that really pays off?

I actually was having good matches with the shriek variant of the howler because that scream ability is really good with a 5 second cooldown.

I've been liking the range of the howler a lot so I think they're pretty good. Minions in general dont do much tho

It’s funny to me that you think you’re a pro at ghosts when the game has been out less than a month lmao and seriously doubt you won 40 matches in a row as a ghost, considering every time I try and play, I get a buster 9 out of 10 times

I dont think Im a pro lmao. If I did I'd join a team. But yeah I have yet to lose a match as ghost, Ill make a video when I do though, I've lost as a ghostbuster plenty of times however
