Kali I used to get the same migraines when I was younger. It was from being an athlete and I wasn’t consuming enough water. I’d always go to the hospital and they would give me an iv to rehydrate me and I’d be fine for a week or so and then it would happen again. For sure you need to consume more water especially when your taking pre workout
