In fact, i personally dont have a problem with Mcbrown leaving despite media, because my boss told me sometime ago that, David no matter how good you are, you can be replaced. I got to know that the company can terminate my contract without thinking about the effect it will have on me. Being hired and fired, being employed and quitting are both okay but the issue is how you quit..
