Clara Duperron, one of Michelle Troconis’ friends, testified in the missing mom murder trial Friday. Duperron said she has information and evidence that disproves the state’s case against Troconis, but after multiple objections, the judge did not allow Duperron to explain the specifics of her claims. Troconis is on trial for the murder of Connecticut mom Jennifer Dulos.

The horrendous guy was not in the title. He was living there for free. Her father gave money to him to start a business but he failed and owed a lot of debts.

Absolutely it was we know this from the court documents. The custody already was with Jennifer and had been for a while... Fotis needed to be very optimistic to put on a front for Michelle as she was threatening to leave him because of it. She said "I didn't move here for this" ... Like mam you had an affair with a man with 5 children and he had tons of unpaid debt and zero respect for the well-being of his children or you. He wanted Jennifer to live in the house with him and Michelle?! This MF must think he is Hannah Montana and going to get the best of both worlds. Wild she is acting surprised that a divorce & custody dispute came from her long secret affair with a married man with 5 kids. 😂

@dk237 hi. Yes, I met her. She was rude. I also work for a family that knew Jennifer and knew Michelle. Their daughter, an attorney, who is 56, was very close to Jennifer. They attended Brown University together, and kept in touch over the years. I asked her her thoughts on the trial on Thursday, and she said I'm too distraught & emotional to comment on it." She "ran in the same circles" as Fotis & Michelle. She met Michelle several times at polo matches. And the words I used were a direct quote..."she is a bad person who has done bad things." I have better things to do than make stuff up about this degenerate female. As someone named Steve accused above. I have followed this case very closely and have since 2019. The water ski pond was right across the street from my home. And a few miles from 4 Jefferson Xing. I guess that's why I'm so invested in this trial. And I'm really eager to see justice served for Jennifer!

I didn't notice until I read this comment 😅 But all the interruptions and answering prematurely was so frustrating I do not know how the stenographer was able to keep a record of all this woman's answers as she keeps talking over the lawyers before they even finish the question. I didn't know the jury went for deliberations yesterday and I haven't seen all the case so I don't know was there proof of MT involvement? But I don't see why this lady was on the stand because I hear nothing to prove anything? Maybe I am missing something

Boost the morale of her bff. Except for Petu, everyone else didn’t help Michu including the paid experts. The worst one was the memory scientist. She consulted and testified for the defendants. If Michu needs a paid expert, bring in someone with a higher rate of getting defendants that get acquitted. The lady was proud to have testified against Bundy… a serial killer; McVeigh… a domestic terrorist, etc. It aligned her with notorious criminals! Yikes 😬

I felt your comment was a waste of time. I fell your bias is strong but I’m not sure we have evidence of anything. Also trusting police should be up in America. Prosecutors the same. The justice system is on par with its gun laws. I’ll ask you a simple question, Why did police threaten their witness when they had more on him than her? Why was he threatened to be deported ? Why promise him a deal ? Why believe him after his story changed years later. He suddenly remembered what she said 4 years later ? We are not talking 4 weeks here. The prosecution shouldn’t be trusted at all Show the evidence and we will go with that and if there is no real evidence then there should be no case. Total scapegoat is Michelle.

I agree! If I remember correctly, she didn't ask for an interpreter until about 2 - 2 1/2 years ago. She was interrogated 3 times from June - August, 2019. Never once mentioned having difficulty in understanding or communicating in English.

Any person who withholds evidence that would prove a person’s innocence is as much as criminal as a Fotus for letting someone’s life and their family’s life be destroyed and financially ruined trying to defend themselves. MT’s friend totally ruined any sort of credibility for MT’s case. Like, she’d rather have her friend in prison for a crime she didn’t do rather than provide the proof…uh no. If I were on the jury, this would be the tipping point for any credibility MT’s case may have had to be tossed out the window.

Yes, sorry that the state didn't present the testimony that Fotis went to NYC the Sunday after he murdered Jennifer. He tried to force his way into the mother-in law's apt. to get his children. The armed body guards at the door stopped him. Just imagine if he had gained entry, probably would have killed the mother-in-law and kidnapped the kids.

The witness is talking over the attorneys. Im surprised the court reporter did not tell the judge to instruct the witness to not interrupt the questioning.

It seems strange, even if the witness hated police, that she did not tell the police she was Michelle’s alibi. Given the fact they were so close that should have overcome any prejudice she had for the police. To refuse to speak to them other than through email is also strange even with her mistrust of police. I believe an email conversation wasn’t just about mistrust but an effort to compose a narrative for police with help from Michelle, the person she is constantly in contact with. I wish police had forced her hand and called her in for an interview, face to face, looking into her eyes quote, unquote.

She wasn’t her alibi though. She saw her on 5/24 around 11, for a short amount of time. The rest of the time she just texted or talked on the phone with her. I don’t think her testimony was very important either way. Other than indicating that as of early April, Michelle was threatening to move to Aspen…. And then obviously, Fotis & Michelle took care of the “problem” so Michelle would stay.

@17:36 mark before the objection I find it very odd that you wanted to meet you friend earlier on that day to pay her and you were on a rush cause you were traveling so then later that day you have her again on the phone while going to the airport and through customs? Who does that? Unless you were afraid of something that you will bringing to the airport, like normally navigating through the airport a person is too busy trying to find their way not on the phone with someone they already dismissed for the day after payment, this sounds like such a set up, the meeting earlier wasn’t enough to discuss whatever they need to discuss regarding the store?

If she wanted to save her friend MT, she would have spoken to the police. If she had evidence that would have exonerated her friend she would have been forthcoming. You don't need a subpoena for the speak the truth.

Why didn't she acknowledge the frustration Fotis had with why he wasn't allowed contact with the children. Wife murderers don't make great parents.
