При работе в мастерской ( даже при наличии системы воздухоочистки) всегда распространяется много древесной пыли и при хранении инструмента таким образом через 1-2 часа, или даже меньше, он будет весь в пыли. Поэтому я всегда храню инструмент в ящиках или коробке. А когда он потребуется вытащить его буквально пару секунд. А так конечно всегда инструмент под рукой, но пыльный.

Чтобы машинка упала на пол, достаточно слегка зацепить её или шнур

За такие заголовки всегда ставлю дизлайк. Кроме того, при таком хранении, под весом самого инструмента, не та нагрузка на "рабочие плиты".

Это уже аксиома, чем претенциозней и помпезней название ролика, тем фуфлижнее сам ролик и изделие которое показано👎

Rather than using it as a holder for the orbital sander. Use the version with the pegs to hold sanding discs. You could load it with several discs and when you need a new one just rip off the old one and push the sander on to the pegs to load up a new disc perfectly a lined with the extractor holes.

Не плохо, я бы порекомендовал добавить снизу поддержки инструмента на пружинах, чтобы был упор и вес распределялся равномерно иначе данная конструкция рано или позно сломается, либо сломается инструмент.

Вот удивляюсь, почему у этих мастеров все мастерство в руках? А голова не варит. Конструкторы никакие. Зачем столько перегородок, зачем дно в первом случае ?

Идея с шлифмашинками конечно имеет право на жизнь, но реализация... Орбиталке, точнее подошве, конец придет просто от хранения некоторое время в таком положении. Для таких целей необходимо проработать "ячейки", типа как для тех же пассатижей, для установки машинки в ячейку КОРПУСОМ, но ни в коем случае не подошвой. А так, конечно, весьма удобно. Ну и задев провод, в случае с нормальной ячейкой для корпуса, она никуда не упадет.. Удачи!

I just finished doing this for all my hand tools. Cleaned out some drawers for all that little stuff and I dont have to rifle thru a bunch of screwdrivers to find the one I want, most handy. My next project is to get the power tools like yours under control also. Your idea sue helps from knocking my sander off the table while puttering around.

I have tons of scrap plywood. A nice option for some. I will incorporate a way to hang power cords as well. Thx for the idea.

These are all cool and more creative than others I have seen. But you need them on French cleats!

Lots of builds for took hangers on KZfaq and a lot of them for use with French Cleat walls.. I hate videos where it's purpose is kept a mystery till the end of the build. So, I just fast forwarded to the end to see what the project actually was. There is nothing worse than sitting through watching another cut and sand wood without reason. I do that enough in my own shop.

These are good ideas but can I suggest something? After more than 45 years of woodworking I am still making new things for the workshop. They may come from having a new workshop; seeing a better idea or new tools. However, I use making new shelves, or tool rests or whatever as a way of improving my skills or introducing new ones. I try not to ever say “it’s only for the workshop; nobody else will see” it’s an opportunity to increase muscle memory for sawing or chiselling; an opportunity to be accurate about dados or rebates. How to make a template and get accurate copies. All of this will increase your abilities to make things that look and are better - with fewer mistakes. So, don’t be slapdash, see how accurately you can build a tool shelf. 47 years and I’m still improving
