I Doubled Chess in size

11 ай бұрынIn this video I made chess XXL, instead of 64 squares there are 120 squares now. 64*2=128, but 12x10 was the closest I could do, so it's not exactly 2 times the area. I also added some new pieces to fill out new space, pieces like amazon or archbishop are added. Enjoy!

A lot of you guys were confused about the size of the board, so I'm just putting out there that the area of chess board is doubled compared with normal size, I couldn't make it 16 by 16 on chess.com anyways, but in the future I'll figure out how to code chess variations by myself, so stay tuned for that.

@@uksinimene1196 how though. like it's 2 chess boards tall and 2 chess boards wide so its doubled in both ways for 16x16 while 12x12 only adds 4 squares to each side

@@AnnanKamrans if you take the amount of squares on a chess board and double it, its a 12x12 board, not difficult math.
