That many tattoos rarely indicate anything negative. If anything, they probably just don't talk to most people cause they're on such a different level of open mindedness and worldview. But it will forever look odd when they silently walk past us, much more than when us plain skins walk by each other seemingly unnoticed. I couldn't dedicate myself to ink on that level but it's cool and the people behind it are often just as interesting as their art work :)

Whilst you make a valid point and people should not judge etc etc they do and anyone who takes tatoo and piercing to that level should expect the consequences of their actions. Admit it every single person would not take their chances walking alomgside any of them on a dark night.

Most criminals wouldn’t make themselves standout like that because it’s too easy to pick them out, if they’re in the system already as well. They may have tattoos on regular places and a couple small face tattoos but mostly never to this level (unless they’re in and out of jail throughout the years) and rarely their eyes. Also, the people I’ve seen like this in real life too were the sweetest men. It may also be because I like it, I’m actively getting tattoos myself etc. so I’m more used to heavily tattooed people too. I’ve been getting tattoos and been around people with alot of tattoos (artists mostly) since 13. And the ONLY artist that was a disgusting creep towards me was a regular full sleeve, some leg tattooed old dude. One you wouldn’t be afraid of, but should.

There will only be a couple people with such tattoos making you both easy to identify and an easy target for rival gangs here too. It’s also illegal to get your eyeballs tattooed and many criminals here don’t like to lose their eyesight as it’s important in their chosen profession. Overall where I’m from criminals are adviced not to get tattoos anywhere visible like hands, neck, face etc. because more than 1 criminal has been identified because of them, the most dangerous ones will have no tattoos at all or easily covered up ones. The little petty ones like street robbers, street dealers etc. don’t care and also don’t really have to care.
