Greetings from Germany. Nice video and very good sound. Many other car videos have problems with the loud sound of this cars. In your video the sound is real. Thats how a rb26 sounds. Do you know what exhaust it is. Sounds like titan.

Turbo lag is the time it takes for the turbo to spool up again when you let off the throttle and push it back down again.
