@@Aliyanna-Lynn bulimia isn’t necessarily making urself throwing up, I used to be a bulimic ((got diagnosed)) and I am now an anorexic, and yes also diagnosed w it, my diagnosis changed, bulimia is mostly trying to diet but ending up eating LARGE amounts of calories which is mostly sweets and THEN u feel bad enough to throw up but sometimes it doesn’t happen.

The vegetable sushi was probably the most sustaining thing there. The reason you eat more than most men is because you aren't getting hardly any calories and so you can eat huge amounts of food, you get full but your body is not getting fueled

But no such thing as "clean" and it doesn't matter how clean it is, eventually you CAN eat enough to gain weight, it's really just a matter of balance like all things 🤷

Maybe foe you, initially. Not after you've cleansed out the initial alarming amount of garbage trapped in the system. Which is a rough ride, but after that, you feel basically giddy all the time, and you just shit a regular quick shit. No sitting around on the toilet, it's solid, and you don't feel bloated or groggy like what can happen after typical diet foods. The issue is that, when ppl haven't experienced a thing, they can only perceive it from their limited perspective from where they are, which is simply not applicable tbh. Regarding all things, not just this. I remember being that closed minded, and snarky, pessimistic... but then experienced amazing things and I try to be much more open now 😅

As a registered dietitian, I confirm that 9 mangoes for lunch is certainly not the way to go and is most DEFINITELY not something to be proud of. Please be careful about what you share with your audience. There’s youngsters who idealise such people and go down the road and end up with ED. Also, skinny doesn’t mean healthy.

​@@joyoung9118 There's 13.5 ish grams of protein in 9 mangos. Depending on who you believe, that's between a third and a fifth of what the average woman needs to sustain. There's another 14g in half a watermelon. Rice is a complete protein in combination with either of these. Just because it isn't classed as a protein doesn't mean it's not there in sufficient amounts for a person.

Lol In Puerto Rico I used to eat an entire bag (shopping plastic one) when trees give the fruit that is something great xD beautiful. Bruh do you think fruits have no calories or nutrients? She's eating over 4k of calories in this video alone. 1 mango is 200 calories and .8g of protein. Half a watermelon is like 400 calories. (If she is then great, idk her life. Okay so it's mostly water, that satiates your hunger and it has 0 calories. So not only is she eating 4k calories worth of food but the amount of water that comes with it too. She could have extremely high metabolism , that's my guess. But the 4k value is taken from the video assuming it's true. 9 mangos alone is 1800 calories. Half a watermelon is like 500. The sushi rice is a fuckton as well. Yes protein keeps you satiated more but so does complex carbs and fiber. I wasn't saying one does more than the other. A lot of our regular food has simple carbs (bread, pasta, white rice, almost every junk/fast food) which the average man is guilty of eating. But regardless her protein intake is high as well. From half watermelon and 9 mangos alone there's 35 grams of protein roughly.

The half water melon is 80 calories. The papaya is 300 calories by assuming it was roughly 3 servings. The 9 mangos had 1809 calories, 201 calories per × 9. The dewberries were 180 calories assuming that she had roughly 3 cups. The salad I would assume was no more than 500 calories, I'll call it 350 calories. I'm not entirely sure with the veggie sushi rolls,.but after research, roughly 1000 calories seems the most accurate. Adding this all up is 3728 calories. This is not completely accurate, but gives a general idea. Most men eat roughly 2500 calories a day, and women, 2000 calories (according to a Google search). So, she is not wrong in saying that she eats more food then most men she knows/eats more than most men period. A little side note, a half watermelon being only 80 calories is basically cheating at high volume, low calorie foods. Firstly, watermelon is delicious, and secondly, there is a lot of water in it, so it will keep you fuller longer.

She is getting a lot of vitamins actually from those fruits. (Watermelon and mangoes contain a lot of vit C ). Problem is she could accumulate toxic levels of vitamins with her diet over time. Red, yellow, purple, or orange fruits tend to have high fat soluble vitamins.

Fruit contains fructose and can raise your triglycerides so high your pancreas cant function. I say this as someone whos doctor said "for the love of god stop eating so much fruit" 😅 Non sugar alternatives in excess can also do the same thing.

The sugar in take in just one day for her is crazy, that is a crap ton of glucose which would become her bodies main source of energy which she would need to completely rely on since it’s not like she gets any other source of energy. Not to mention fruits are jam packed with fibers thus making her feel full when in reality she hardly got anything, probably why she eats so much. Our bodies are programmed to have balanced diets. Yes fruits are good for you but too much of a good thing with nothing else is absolutely horrible. It’s like taking medicine, it’s a good thing it can help you in so many ways but if you eat more than your body can handle you will die. Most likely how this women is going to go out

The sugar in whole fruit isn't really an issue because of the other things in it such as fiber, which helps slow down sugar absorption and control blood sugar levels It also contains lots of other benefitial nutrients, as opposed to most products with added sugar, which is the real issue

Fructose is decently healthy for your body, but I’ve tried a fruit based diet like this before and boy I felt jittery all day long! And my teeth ached! Even with brushing twice a day and flossing. No bueno. Fats and protein are sooo important for menstruating women especially!! I felt great for a week, then constantly jittery and ungrounded. Stopped after 2 months and felt amazing eating eggs again 😂😅

I'm honestly really concerned about where your getting your fats from, aswell as your protein, both are extremely vital in a diet. it's a common misconception that all fat is bad, fats, also known as lipids are help absorb vitamins and moving and storing energy. protein is key for enzymes, structure and muscle building, just as eating too little, or eating too much junk food is unhealthy, eating a large amounts of food that doesn't cover all you needs is also very dangerous

i had BED when i was younger and this isn’t really what it is. she might have it but this video alone doesn’t show she has BED. however she is starving her body of many key nutrients so it’s definitely still quite unhealthy.

i don’t think this is a binge disorder necessarily. she’s not eating any fiber, protein, carbs, it’s all just fruits and veggies. fruits and veggies are so low in cals so she has to eat more to feel sustained

@@vxpidz Finer and carbs is all she’s eating half a watermelon & 9 mangoes plus 50 rolls of rice are you kidding??? That’s a TON of carbs The rice may be rolled w/ toms of protein But yeah it’s not binging if you’re just meeting your daily energy needs
