Dont know why but in the anime they didnt include this but in the manga as soon as Genya says he ate demons it wasnt a panel of Sanami being angry but a surprised and somewhat horrified expression here they just made him look downright pissed. Because it was revealed in the demon slayer guide after the manga ended that eating demon is taboo.

@@poof9327 Hey, if author mentioned it specificaly in the manga, it's not so obvious, it means she wanted to pay more attention to it. It means it happend before and had some grusome consequences - enough to be OFFICIALLY prohibited. Maybe fact that Genya is mentioning it as something he does on daily basis and not incidentaly while standing there healthy is a shock,because previous incidents ended in death for demon eaters ? Who knows,but it is more than "obivous" or self-explanatory. Universla disgust does not equal something being official taboo.

I actually quite enjoy how the anime decided to portray the current half of the "training" of the Hashira Training arc; when it came to Uzui's, Tokito's, & Mitsuri's training, the manga only showed Tanjiro quite literally breezing quite through them quickly for all 3. So I am glad that the anime decided to portray them a bit more

Oh..Iguro and Sanemi just don’t love Tanjiro like Usui, Muichiro and Mitsuri. How contrast the treatment is from the last episode. Lol. This episode ‘s also going very fast compared to the last 2 episodes with Usui and Muichiro. I guess Ufotable want the Gyoumei’s backstory episode to air out exactly on Japanese Father’s day. That’s what they always did.

what an ep 9/10 tanjiro n mistrui training was crazy obani and tanjrio was a fun little relationship because the way tanjiro and mistrui talking having fun :) and sanemi and tanjrio was crazy and learning more about sanemi and genyas brother problems and im happy to c the trio coming back and were of to gyemois training now :)

I loved Tanjiro interaction with Sanemi while he was defending Genya, even if I wanted to Genya to defend himself as you said I think he still doesn't have the encourage to do it so it's so nice to hear Tanjiro saying those reasonable things like Genya has been working hard all this time just to be there and if Sanemi isn't going to act as his big brother he doesn't have to right to oppose to Genya's decissions neither

Bruh there were no pointless interactions the whole season so far.Its just that this episode had 3 hashiras train in one episode and was more entertaining compared to the previous episodes of the season.
