Why don't you interview the people on camera? They are New Zealand's greatest asset. They can tell you (and us) more about the places you are visiting.

Yes I absolutely agree 👍

If he was just travelling for the hell of it like is making out that he is experiencing these things in New Zealand just for the hell he wouldn’t have his phone out because you don’t have your phone out when you’re on holiday. This guy is up to he is documenting the country as he goes along and doesn’t want to be telling people what the bad things are the white people did to the Māori so that he can get a better more “THIS ISNT A STOLEN LAND TOO” description of the history the goal is sell our country

As an Aussie I look forward to getting across there any chance I get. You can’t beat a Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan from Bollywood. Something to look forward to as well!

Chuuur bol. A big reason the buildings are so gorgeous is the 1931 Earthquake. It flattened Hastings and Napier, with Napier being rebuilt in the Art Deco style and Hastings being rebuilt in the Spanish Mission style

Some of my family are in/from Hawks bay/Hastings, and I always enjoyed going over there for visits as a kid. I live on the other coast so it's like a near 4 hour drive - always fun.

If I am the mayor of this city, I would create a small Hastings based for Hastings only bank/credit union to create the capital for the new businesses. Creating an economic miracle from domestic credit union like bank.

This is referring to people commenting about gangs etc I live in Napier and haven’t had my car broken into once ( that’s not to say I won’t but as yet I haven’t) and have parked numerous times in the heart of what they call the “hood”.. But then again I treat a gang member the same as I would my boss, elderly neighbours/children, anyone I know and those unknown to me etc- As an equal ! I wouldn’t say i’m known etc like i don’t live the life or associate with the gang life so I wonder if the mutual respect is returned hence why i’ve never felt scared ,intimidated or like I have to worry about my car or belongings ???- JS -Just a different view and insight

@darrellm99154 ай бұрын
There's plenty of old, depressing shjth0les in Australia too. 😂 😂 Look at Richmond, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Camberwell, Seymour (VIC). Or Mount Druitt, Marrickville and Grafton (NSW). Even Rossarden, Queenstown and Newtown in Tasmania, etc... I could go on. But yes, Hastings needs a makeover.
@darrellm99154 ай бұрын
Also, don't forget that you're comparing 1 little town in New Zealand to an entire country, which doesn't make any sense. There are still many other parts that are more scenic than Australia. Especially in the South Island, and further up the North Island. In fact, New Zealand as a country is nearly always voted as the most beautiful in the world.
@mohork4 ай бұрын
Yeah gang, What you mean is the Mongrel Mob. Disgusting behavior. AA Insurance says premium thier is very high compared to Rotorua, makes no sense, because Rotorua is dearer than Te Puke with car 😅insurance. Hastings car insurance is very bad unnless you live in your car. Otherwise your car is a goner. Beautiful place bad luck for overnight vehicles. Hey. I been traveling the whole of New Zealand in my small car, you go on your commercial planes. You dont really know what it is really like to travel. You're doing it for ratings. I am living it.
