I explore a crashed airplane junkyard (Wade's Salvage NJ) that was also seen in the Amazon Prime show Fallout (2024). This place has everything from crashed cars, to airplanes, the train the allegedly towed the Hindenburg and even movie props like a helicopter from The Walking Dead. So let's take a look. #fallout

Well at least a lot of the Amtrak locomotives still exist, some older companies scrapped every last model of some certain models. Like how the New York Central didn't preserve any 4-6-4 Hudson's and scrapped them all for money to get new diesels.

I manged to identify some of the aircraft in the video. 1:16 mcdonell Douglas dc-3 2:12 Boeing 377 stratocruiser 2:14 probably a mcdonell douglas f-4 phantom 3:22 (above the blue buses) boeing 737-200 3:26 (above the red bus) another boeing 377 stratocruiser 3:27 probably a boeing 737. 4:00 that’s the f 86 Sabre, which was a fighter jet. It was first used in the Korean War (1950-1953)

That “e” is a prop from red rocket gas station.(from the fallout games), 4:03 that is an American f 86 Sabre used in the 1950s and 1960s.

The E is definitely from Target, but not the main part. Its the smaller signs you see on the front that say “Order Pickup”

a bunch of those old crusty toy cars are TONKA!! some people like them and they have value if you can fix em up. + can last multibale childeren life times... compared to most things produced these days. But danm it theres some intressting stuf in this scrapyard. my eyes jumping al over the place. i do see some hotrod stuf some people could use for a project. But eh some things they got laying around might be worth recycle because thats litteraly material value. (old pc/s and audio stuf and maybe some ather junk) but yeah theres surely a scrapheap mood in this place. (hmm might want get those tires recycled hehe they are a firehazzard). intressting place.

I don't. Most of these were from various time frames. We already know that historically a lot of tech kept the 1940s ->60's Aesthetic but that did not mean there wasn't tech from our world not existing. They weren't as popular or minorly changed in appearance. This probably just like irl was simply a landfill hence the name Filly. So makes sense that a lot of this stuff piled over years since it was deemed, mothballed then sent to the scrapyard once it was salvaged of anything useful, etc etc etc other reasonings.

Brooo that the UH-1. and i can get why you'll get confused if you only see the tail but you can still see the cabin. the cobra uses the same engine and prop lay out besides the front part of the hull

OK, so I love how they say it’s abandoned which technically it is but is it it’s meant to look like this It is actually meant to look like this by the way they’re most likely going to tear it down at some point or or another But at this point they’re probably not because maybe they might revisit the place in the second season because the second season it’s already been confirmed so most likely it’s gonna be in filming soon so maybe they come back to this particular town for some reason who knows so realistically, you shouldn’t be there right now Most likely because it’s illegal, but you know
