This is a Hardcore Minecraft Let's Play in the 1.20 Trails and Tales Update! suggestion for the nether hub- you can use completely black maps on item frames put in signs. that way your nether hub wont be changed at all but you will still have access to the nether.

For an endermite farm, you can have a enderman farm who gives you enderpearls and a heal farm (when a witch try to heal his teammates in a raid) and spam right click

Tip to anyone building the guardian farm. Use a potion of invisibility, but make sure not to have armor or elytra on. Otherwise, the guardians will still attack you

Endermite is possible if you have wiches throwing instant healing throwing at a low piliger but you capture the options in magma you can have a outo enderman fram above you killing them and throwing ender pearls at you

He is definitely using some sort of mod or texture pack, beacause at some point (at the beginning of the building of the warden farm) he opens a shulker and you see some Xperia bottles and their design is like they are throwing potions but in vanilla their design is like they are drinking potions.
