I think that you need to stay away from social media, it seems like its making you feel worse. 90% of Instergram is false. Just people putting their best view of themselves which in turn is giving you false perpective on what life should be like than what it is in reality, I also think you need to move on from this person, find distractions and eventually someone else will come along maybe this time without a partner in tow.
