"Tale of Two wasteland" is the mod in question that adds Fallout New Vegas and 3 into the same pack, only works if you own both games but trust me gamer it's worth it.

The Fallout 4 modded permadeath series you did back when the game was fresh off the Vault-Tech approved grill *did numbers to my sodes from all the laughing i did.* Watching you play Fallout again with such hardcore mods is beyond nostalgia at this stage.
