I finally found the cookie recipe I was looking for! It's the best I've ever made
✅Ingredients
150g butter
1 egg
150 g of icing sugar
400 g flour (add gradually until you obtain a smooth dough)
1 pinch of salt
15 g of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp of soluble coffee + 1 tbsp of water
1 tablespoon of cocoa + 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes
