I believe this deck needed a reintroduction, since shadowcasting changed the strategy SO MUCH compared to the one described in introduction.

Yup. It used to be an excavate control deck with a burn finish, then it became a fast combo/burn deck... Guess it always was a bit of a burn deck, but it became much faster afterwards. Surprising how a passive and a few drops can change the direction of a deck so much.

I recently had a shadowcasting run with rattlegore, and my deck turned from bomb warrior into "finish excavating on turn 4 or 5 and just play the ox every turn" such a fun but incredibly broken passive

It’s part of the ultra rare treasure pool and which are only offered 1% of the time. It’s meant to be broken, even by duels standard.

Bomb warrior is just not fun to play against nor is it fun to play I really dont get why people play it like sure u win the first 3 pretty much everytime but if u dont get idols which is semi rare cause u cant force it you just lose

played my first duels run a fee days ago and this was literally my experience. Won the first 2 like guaranteed then i fought someone who had shadowcasting with soulstealer and lost, fought a finley who only ever kept 10 cards in hand so i would always burn bombs, then lost to a dragon druid lol. That finley one was so tilting that i instantly lost all interest in that boring ass playstyle

34:15 level up -> 2x miner -> tainted and thats 26 damage which is lethal, you should've listened to chat

It seems he thought the excavate overwrote the shadowcasting, when in reality it was having a full hand and the excavate filling the vacancy and preventing a shadow miner, lol. Maybe it was a lapse in process visualization or mathing, not realizing you just needed to play a non-minion first and then the miner each turn to properly sequence and play around a full hand. Who knows. Happens to the best of us. Frankly, I thought he was actually just joking about it until he passed on the additional miner immediately after. I had to look for your comment as a sanity check to make sure I wasn't crazy, lol.

My best guess has always been that it's been maybe an anti-stream sniping thing because it's very obviously not part of the game itself, but the fact that it doesn't stay there for longer than a second or two and it happens pretty randomly, I don't think that's fully it.

Its part of firestone to show the opponent's max health...for some reason.

firestone thing, it's so you can see what the opponent's max health is even if they're damaged i don't see the use for it, but, it exists and roff uses it

@@MetalMouth54321He's used Firestone as his deck tracker for a long time, and I am pretty sure the health thing is on because he can't work out how to turn it off and doesn't want to change deck tracker.
