I would wash at least once a month and make sure you give it a good underbody wash. The brine and salt is rough on a car.

I suggest you at least clean underneath from time to time bc of the salt etc used on the roads. 🙂

Bend is a cool place! You should definitely head north to Washington too. Eastern WA and OR have great scenery as well as their western halves. Enjoy your trip!

Being a native Oregonian, I have spent a lot of time in Central Oregon. Skiing at Bachelor is great. If you like beer, try Crux Brewing. Cool location with food trucks on site. Have fun!

Bend is about 250 miles from me also it's one of my favorite places to fish. I wish I could go on a road trip someday soon again. I visited salt lake City a few months ago but it was a plane ride not a car ride. If you're coming to Portland by chance you should take zora to this huge dog park in troutdale Oregon. It's a massive dog park probably 2,000 acres. Anyways stay safe and safe travels

I love a clean car, but I live in Minnesota. Most times, there is very little reason to wash your car in the winter here. I mean, if the road salt and dirt is just caked on, I get it. But, the second we get a warm-ish day (above 32 and especially if it's sunny) the line for any gas station car wash will be 5-6 people deep. That I don't get. It's going to stay clean for maybe a day? I think it's a mental thing in people's heads.

I can't drive with a coat on. Every time I see you drive with a coat on... hahaha🙈🤣... I go like, 'How, is that possible???'....hahaha 😇✌️... I never wear a jacket while I'm driving. It's like climate controle or airconditioningsettings for me😅, a hoodie or a t-shirt, not too many layers of clothing... I will of course bring a jacket, but.... I don't know, hahaha🙈🤩🙈. Everyone has their own thing... Just stay Safe and Safe Journey!
