Yeah, its way better And all the points that he made about the software and the build quality of Aula vs RK are the same points. Not a spectacular build quality, bad customer support, not soo good software for 50% more money. Yeah, I feel like sometimes he just wants to be different and having a say into something the community agrees on. If you made a blind test with him, 2 months prior with he sound test he would 100% take the Aula.

@@RodrigoQuintas0 he gave a disclaimer like three times in the video that it just comes down to personal preference. you can like whatever you like, his opinions are subjective. he’s not doing it simply to diverge from the popular opinion, he just doesn’t share the same opinion. why is this concept so difficult to understand?

Honestly, this keyboard has been a game changer for me. As someone who has to switch between and Mac keyboard and Windows device frequently for work, the instant mac mode and windows mode switching capability has been a really nice quality of life upgrade. I also love how I can basically plug the 2.4g into my mac, and when it's gaming time I just need to flip a switch to wired which doubles as charging. It also sounds and feels even better than my KBDfans board which was 200$+ - definitely not regretting my purchase here!

I do think one key detail that's sadly missed out is that often this keyboard either goes on sale or is just sold cheap really easily (I can get one rn for around $43). It really changes the financial dynamic of the aula alot. For example on that same market the RK M75 is $63 and rainy75 is $94. The difference in those prices is big enough that alot of people on poorer countries are gonna make that "sacrifice" and still be happy with it.

I agree that the RK M75 (and the Yunzii B75) feel slightly better than the Aula F75. However, they also cost more. There is a market for people who want to use a keyboard stock without investing more money to swap out keycaps, foam, switches, etc. This is where the Aula F75 shines - just plug it in and type. I also have both the Reaper and TTC Crescent switch versions. For $69 and no significant modding required these are really hard to beat.

But... based on your sound test the AULA F75 sounds considerably better than the Royal Kludge M75. I had looked at reviews for that keyboard a while back and eventually the fact that it did not have an aluminum case and that I didn't like the sound profile were deal breakers for me. FYI have not purchased an AULA F75, I actually purchased the Rainy 75 recently. And I'm super happy with the Rainy 75, it has all the features I wanted even though I could have gotten 2 AULA F75 keyboards for the same price if I purchased everything on Amazon. But I still feel it was money well spent, because I'm not collecting keyboards like you, Hipyo. Er, I mean, I'm not collecting quite as many keyboards as you are, Hipyo.

@@shalababa8393 I also have both. In all honesty, I prefer the sound profile of the F75 and the convenience of a knob. Think it's true that the F75 is probably the best out-of-the-box experience you can get for roughly $60, but there are other superior aluminum 75% options (Leobog Hi75 barebones, Monsgeek M1 V3 barebones, and Womier SK71/Yunzii AL71 prebuilts) for an extra $15-30 that are essentially a tier up in quality. But I really like the Aula F75 and I think it sounds better than the one you compared it to. I really dont mind that its difficult to get open, Im not a keybaord enthusiast and this keyboard marks off everything on my list. Im getting the "Emerald" color which has light blue, beige, and green key caps. Also Im pairing it with the Darmoshark M3 mouse which Im not sure was a good decision or not but it matches the keyboard and had a good design which is honestly all I care about.

I've been using the AULA F75 for a couple of months now and sure, the software isn't great, it's made out of plastic, and it's barely modifiable. I think you hit the nail on the head with the people already own it! This board was actually released almost a year ago, maybe more than a year ago. I did a written review in March when Epomaker did their branded version of it and for the price it's one of the best if not the best plastic keyboard I have used. However since then we have had a number of fully AL keyboards for almost the same price or only slightly more. The number of TikToc videos on this board is insane in recent months though and the Aula branded version is often on sale on Amazon as well which I think is driving sales. But at least price to performance this is a good board unlike the number of people buying those $200 Highground boards that aren't any better IMHO than some on amazon for $40.

Honestly, I got this keyboard about a month ago. I swapped from a regular (yet expensive) gaming keyboard. About twice the price. For someone that wants a prebuilt keyboard I believe they nailed it here with the sound and feeling of the keyboard. The only flaws I would say are the fact that I had to swap the keyboard into Windows mode ( it came in Mac mode ) by pressing FN + W and hold for 3 seconds. And the LED indicator for the battery charging showing up even though I stopped it (FN+SHIFT). And I have to do it a couple more times throughout the day. But besides that I think this keyboard is extremely good for a consumer who just wants something that's plug and play. ( and I'm not considering the price, which is also insanely good ! ) For people who mod their keyboards.... I see the reasons why not to get it. Even though I've seen people who mod and they said this was the endgame without modding the keyboard themselves.

I'm typing on the epomaker Ajazz AK820 Pro right now at Panera, despite the fact they no longer sell the energy drink that will kill you (I'll have to kill myself from their gluten orange scones instead). It's my go-to 'toss in a backpack' portable Mechanical keyboard. The little screen allows you to upload pictures or even animated gifs, although it takes a while to get use to the software to do so (dimensions of gifs have to be under 250 px). I have the clear Akko V3 Crystal Pro switches and some Milky Frosted Fog Transparent Keycaps as the RGB on this keyboard is pretty impressive. It's a fun keyboard although I have a Keychron with some silent Redragon Stars A120 Silent Tactile switches for my "serious, adult" work keyboard.

Used to own a RK M75 and I vouch for it 100%. I moved on to the Nuphy Halo 75 v2, and I love that keyboard as well. But the magical thing about the M75 is that it feels so unbelievably exquisite to type on, perhaps even better than the 75 v2. It's crazy for me to think that, especially considering I moved on from it, but typing on the M75 was so pleasant that it set a high standard for me. The downside to the M75 is that it's not easy to mod (although it can be done), the case is a soft kind of plastic that damages easily if you bang it against anything or drop it, and the screen isn't very engaging. As a keyboard, it's a functional treat, but it's not exactly an exciting one. I prefer a board that's more creatively stimulating while also being a treat to type on, and Nuphy made that possible for me, so I'm happy with what I have now. I did give my M75 to someone who needed a new board and they absolutely love it. At the end of the day, loving your keyboard is simply a matter of taste.

ppl need to stfu about the north facing rgb for real :) Im gonna go out and just say it, north facing is better. Why? South facing tends to shine RIGHT in between some keys on the lower row, meaning it shines RIGHT into your eyeball and is super distracting. You just dont get that with north facing. As he said, the caps are not an issue anymore so I dont see any reason why south facing would be better.

Eh, north facing is RGB for people who don't want to use RGB, it just looks worse. I don't get the issue you're talking about at all on my south facing board, I can't even imagine how that would happen unless your key cap is incredibly short. I need to use my keyboard in the dark and there's no reason to compromise on the lighting quality for the supposed benefits of north facing in the era of long pole switches.

I am using this one with ice vein switch it sounds great and feels great. I don't need to open the board why it sounds so good . ND75 has also flex cut pcb but you didn't mention about thiner sound . It is not necessary for a keyboard to have a aluminium frame as long as you are not opening the borad frequently for experiments.

ND75 doesn't have a thinner sound. At least mine doesn't. Thinner compared to F75? Maybe slightly. But still pretty deep. Mainly because it's aluminum.

The thing about the F75 is that it is a lot more expensive in the west, I live in a country where I can easily get access to TaoBao stuff and I can purchase the board directly from Aula, the F75 costed me around $31.5 and for that price this keyboard is insane

The Aula F75 sounds better compared to the M75 (imo), with their stock switches. I agree the north-facing rgb is a bummer but so far I have tried quite a few switches on it and haven’t been facing any issues with it. I also agree that opening the case is a challenge for those who intend to mod it, it’s something that many people tend to overlook, but it’s not any easier for the RK M75 (I’ve done it once and never wanna do it again). Personally I would rather go with the Aula F75 over the M75 and save 20 or 30 bucks.

Vote on Rtings to review this board! You can get an important measurement not shown anywhere else, wireless latency and it's stability. Can get wired latency too. Multikey latency press as well as release latencies seperate. There's quite a lot of keyboards that skimp out on doing well or even adequately for these attributes.
